Waited over an hour for a small order. They got my name wrong, part of my order wrong and didn't put through half my order. I phoned them at 6pm while I was on my way there and ordered a mini pizza without olives or pineapple and a cheesy volcano. I also tried ordering their salted caramel chocolate mousse however guy taking my order was having hard time understanding English and kept repeating back caramel milkshake and other things except the thing I was ordering. Eventually I gave up and said I would order the dessert when I arrived. When I got there at 6:15 I ordered the salted caramel mousse plus one other dessert item which required cooking. Around this time my phone order was ready so I paid for my phone order plus order I made at the counter. After paying I realised that my mini pizza was put through with no onion instead of no olives. I bought this to the workers attention and he took it away without saying anything. I then sat and waited for over half an hour while watching much larger orders being made and given to customers who ordered after I did. When at 6:45 I finally asked how much longer my order would be I was told there was no record of it and it took 5 minutes and them consulting with each other for it to be sorted out. They finally gave me my pizza which was correct this time so now I was just waiting for the dessert items. It took another 10 minutes for someone to go to the freezer and grab my salted caramel chocolate mousse and when they finally gave it to me at 7pm I was informed there was still a 5 minute wait on my other dessert item. I eventually walked out with my completed order at 7:10 after nearly an hour of waiting for 2 mini pizzas, a chocolate mousse and a dessert item that had to be cooked. Read morePlaced my order at 5:53pm and the app said it was ready at 6:08pm I gave it a good 3-4 minutes sitting in my car before I came in because the app is usually of by a few minutes. Upon coming into the store there was around 9-10 people standing around also waiting for their orders, one employee has their face buried in their phone walking around the front while another is taking phone orders. With that many people standing in the lobby, you would think someone would come and help out with the people wanting to order but no. Anyway I gave them the name of my order and they said it’s not ready and that I was waiting on cheesy garlic bread, except I wasn’t. I watched them place our two pizzas, the cheesy garlic bread box and the garlic scrolls on the shelf where it then sat for 25 minutes while I’m stood there waiting for a regular garlic bread to come through which many did. Finally a member of staff remembered that I existed while they were all running around, he hands me my order which had been sitting there for 25 minutes, he calls my name. Hands me the order that he said wasn’t ready, and I had to tell him that I’m still missing a garlic bread and drink, finally I’m given my order. The boxes are warm but nowhere near hot.
In conclusion, sat around for nearly half an hour while my order that was only missing a garlic bread which are coming out of the oven in abundance , order was given to me lukewarm and by the time we’ve gotten home to eat, it’s cold and the garlic bread given to us was sweating.
By far the worst experience I’ve had at this shop in a long time. Do better, what a waste of $45

On 25th Jan Ordered a large Garlic Chicken & bacon with Aioli pizza online but when picked up @ the Cranbourne store & came back the given pizza is a wrong one. It was Chicken, bacon with Avocado. Avocado in a pizza is not what we like. Called the store, but their answer was " we can remake a fresh one, but there is no body to deliver it your place because the store is busy". But with a little baby it is impossible to go to the store again in the night to bring the correct order. Also the pizza was cold, not appetizing at all. Very rarely we buy pizzas from Dominos and we make sure not to buy again & to spread the word to others not to buy from you again. Buying frozen pizzas is better than buying yours. Today we felt like eating a frozen pizza. Utterly dissatisfied.

The guy who answered the call said have to get the Managers response. Manager's responsponded saying that they cannot arrange a delivery as they were bussy. If they cant do it why do they have a delivery option in the website? If the management is unprofessional that influence badly effect all others. I think they behave like this because their top management has the same attitude towards their customers. I felt like they neglect the customer and their valuation of a customer almost equal to the value of a pizza.
