About 15 minutes ago, a male staff member who I assume was the shift manager wasted my time insisting I park my car and walk into the store for an Uber order I was picking up, despite it turning out to be already ready. I leave this feedback in case he was hamstrung by policy. I voiced at the window “that doesn’t make sense” to which I should have added “if it’s ready, how is it any different to any other order passed through the window” as a previous RR manager myself at a different location I know that every second counts with the food quality so I was a bit ticked off that he wasted my time (which whilst doing Uber is literally wasting my earning potential) and annoyed he couldn’t see the efficiency and ultimately the increase in quality I was trying to offer the customer by utilising the empty drive through at the time. I understand not wanting an Uber driver to be lazy and line up behind several people and have the food sit there and go bad, but in this instance with an empty drive through the protocol should be able to be relaxed at discretion for the sake of overall efficiency and ultimately to give the customer a better product. Just my opinion.. something small even, but something to...
Read moreIt's hard to give an accurate rating because of the strange situation.. There were 5 of us that went in, later at night maybe around 9:30. And the first thing that two of us noticed as we walked in was the horrendous smell, it was that bad I had to speak through my sleeve which was covering my nose and my daughter only just made it through ordering before we had to wait outside in the fresh air. The place looked spotless, the bins were clean, everything appeared clean, so I don't know what it was but it smelt like cheap, nasty floor cleaner mixed with cat piss. It was bad enough to make my daughter and I feel nauseous. The other people with us started to pick up on it too. The young lady at the register asked what it smelt like and we explained exactly what it was like, she said she had not been around the front and wasn't aware of any smell from behind the counter. All 5 of us had to wait outside for our food, we couldn't wait inside any longer. Mind you when the food came out there was nothing wrong with it, it was what you would normally expect from Red Rooster, no complaints about the food or the service, just that...
Read moreUsually have good service! Except for tonight! Ordered Uber eats from here, ordered 10 cheesy nuggets, large chips & a pickle snack sub. Came within 15-20 mins from ordering. Took a bite of the pickle snack sub and bit into the chicken to have noticed it was ice cold!! Like it came straight from the fridge and not cooked fresh! Very disappointing. My boyfriend Rang the store to ask why it was cold and what they could do about it. The guy we spoke to didn’t care and kept blaming it on the Uber eats driver and didn’t take responsibility for their own actions. Kept saying it was bc we ordered drinks and it was in the same bag and it made the chicken cold but we never ordered drinks and the rest of the food of hot?? Than he also said the uber eats driver took to long to get to us. Didn’t even offer us a refund or to deliver a new one. Even tho we asked for another one to be...
