I would give 0 if it was possible. I ordered Thursday at 10.10pm, and my order never arrived...I even went outside before the expected time, waiting in the cold for an hour.
I rang the next day, and they were very dismissive, just saying my order was cancelled and I'll recieve a refund. I asked why I was never told, I was informed I should have, but the driver was in an accident.
I rang later that day (Friday) to check if they had drivers on and able to deliver considering the "claim" the driver was in an accident Thursday. I was told sorry we can't take any delivery order, the driver too busy. I made a comment to the guy (caucasian sounding guy) "what if I had ordered on the app? Would my order have been cancelled, again??? Without any notification???"
He hung up on me.
Again, I rang today but to complain, not to order, sounded like a male Indian voice, I asked for manager, he claimed he was. I tried to explain my missing order Thursday, he put me on hold, came back, told me complain by website. I told him I want to tell you anyway the rudeness I faced yesterday, but then I got hung up on again!
I have NOT sworn at them (if I have, it would have been mild, not bad!).
No refund yet.
The customer service at this Domino's store is beyond putrid.
The pizzas at this store aren't great anyway. Next to no topping, too greasy compared to other Domino's.... And the driver always leaves on the ground even though covid is "over" now, not ringing the doorbell. We pay for extra toppings, don't get them added unless I remember to ring (after ordering in app). I've had to complain about this, had a few freebies coz of that!!!
I'm pretty sure they've added me to a "blacklist" now. Which would not have happened if they did things right....
Deliveries to me used to be serviced by Wheelers Hill, until the boundaries changed for some reason prior to 2020. We rarely had problems back then!!!
We've now found another pizza shop we tried, last night, after having been hung up on after wanting an order. Quality, much better - freshness, taste, and the customer service was AMAZING and that was at Smokin' Joe's.....
We had been talking about not ordering from mt Waverley ever again, and now it's happened. Should have stopped ages ago but it was convenience (which hasn't always been terribly convenient with all the issues!).
So I'll get Wheelers Hill Domino's and Smokin' Joe's from now on.
Good riddance to the Mount Waverley store.
To the management of Mount Waverley - I really hope others wake up and try other pizza stores, because you guys will just lose business eventually over time and hopefully go out...

I order a pepperoni online on the 15th April 2023 i paid 15.00 online i got a message on the app saying it will arrive at 7.42pm. I went outside and waited til 8pm stil no pizza i called the store the girl who picked up the ph didnt have a clue first time i spoke to her she said its a few minutes away then i called at 8.10pm and told her i want to speak to the manager because it still didnt arrive, she put me on hold and never came back to the ph, i called back and she put me onto a male worker who said the delivery guy is waiting outside so i went outside again at 8.20pm he wasnt there, i called the store again quite upset and demanded to cancel the order because it ridiculous i have to wait 45mins for a pizza i was just 10mins away from the store, the guy was absolutely rude and said no refund, i said i want to speak to the manager he also put me on hold and never came back so i ended the call. In the end i didnt get the pizza i had paid for and decided to make a complaint about the bad service i recieved and as this is a fault of dominos Mount Waverley they refused to give me my money back or a store credit so i would like my money back otherwise i will take this matter further and expose Dominos Mount Waverley for ripping me off. Ive ordered many times from this store in the past and today was disappointing. The delivery driver was horrible didnt even communicate to me properly only 45mins later, which i wasnt willing to accept a cold pizza. Pls arrange my refund immediately. I have referred the matter to consumer affairs victoria because these guys are absolutely hopeless, they dont have the decency to acknowlegde they were in the wrong and refund my money, pathetic business....
Read moreI ordered Domino's for dinner as my extended family was visiting and when order with Oakleigh store ended in disgrace (No Show), my wife ordered from Mount Waverley store and sent my brother in law for pick up, the staff at Mount Waverley store didn't hand over the full order which my wife confirmed when my brother in law reached home, when my wife called the Mount Waverley store and spoke to Tariq ( hope the store staff was truthful while giving this name because I had to argue to get the name of the person I spoke), he refused to deliver the left over order when it was store's staff fault, when my wife handed over phone to me after having no luck with this guy, this guy Tariq stopped acknowledging anything I said and kept repeating one word "Pardon" and laughed at me when I asked if he can say anything other than "Pardon", I had to request to talk to someone else and the new guy didn't want to give me Tariq's name but gave me this name when I mentioned about Domino's HQ and also delivered left over order ( receipt attached), such staff should be ashamed of themselves and franchise owner should be proud of having such hopeless staff.
02/07/2024 they messed up again, this place is not going to change, so just move on...
Got delivered a non veg pizza instead of a vegetarian pizza, staff on the phone asked if we want to pick up the veg pizza (they mess up the delivery and want the customer to pick up the pizza).
