What a disgrace, dirty and filthy.. check your orders people before you leave the store as I would expect to see my food to look like the picture on the board. Becareful as well, what you don't know or is being made!! Food, boxes wrapped food is being dropped on the floor, you bust them doing it and they put it back on the shelf, grab someone else's food to give to you and give the unknown person the dropped on the floor food that they don't know about. So I ordered my food last night and it came out looking really bad, they knew it but the supervisor took control of it as I was watching, he started to fix it up with his dirty hands and then he tried to give it to me. I refused to take it as i opened it up.. asked him to make me another one , he said look just take it it going to be another 10-15 minutes wait, so i waited and so they did but they didn't throw the other one out they put it back on the shelf to served again. I thought this place would change after my last review when it first opened, seems like they haven't changed at all.. I don't trust any domino's after this.

My advice don't order from here if your not seeing your food being made, you don't know what to expect, dirty and filthy food is what I see because for you, you to take it home without checking what's in the box and realise it's different to what you ordered and you know it's wrong, you are hungry you can't be stuffed going back to the store to fix it or wait any longer, so you end up eating your wrong filthy dropped on the floor food.. 😁😁😁 .

What a bad experience last evening.with featherbrook Domino’s and rude manager My wife ordered 2 pizzas. My order was pineapple pizza . So we picked up both pizza’s in 10 minutes as told by a friendly female staff. When arrive home to enjoy our meals my wife’s pizza was cold and when I opened mine it was soggy. When ordering we told the staff that pineapple pizza needs to be well done which was not ..I got upset as not able to enjoy my meal in this cold weather . So I called the looks like the same female staff answered my call , and I asked to return pizza and get my refund as I did not get what I ordered.she transfered my call to her manager and I said same thing pizza is soggy and not well done . Oh my god what a statement he made. How can I believe u So I said I am asking Nicely just to refund . He said don’t ne nice to him .I mentioned that I can take this complain further he yelled and said do what evee or who ever u want to complain he does not care .I got upset and mad and hang up IFor a $17 for 2 pizza to go for this and being treated rudely.not worth it .seabrook Domino’s is Better.people think twice before doing business...

Horrible delivery experience do not reccomend, I ordered a timed delivery yesterday night for 1pm today because I was busy and then I put on the delivery notes “leave at door and call me” because I was working on something later to only get a “rate your experience notification” at 12:47 I’m thinking that’s strange it’s probably just rate your online experience for ordering and then at 1:09 I walk by my door and the food is there and they didn’t call or knock if they couldn’t contact me so they gave my food 13 minutes before scheduled and didn’t let me know. When I collected my food it was cold and atrocious so I called them and then they acted confused and put me on hold, then the girl on the phone first said it was a drop and go and then I responded saying “no i wrote leave at door and call” and then she switched up snd said that the delivery driver tried to call me and it didn’t go through, WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THAT THEY GAVE IT TO ME 13 MINUTES BEFORW SCHEDULED AND SAY ITS MY FAULT 🤬 and then I’m hoping to get a replacement but the caller taker just waves me off and I’m here with nothing but a bad experience DO NOT...
