Very dispointed, I ordered 2 pizzas today ingredients were very clearly mentioned. However, I didnt got my perfect pizza as usal. I reminded them about mine ingredients too to repeat them and to make sure that they put al of them. As soon my pizza came i checked it to confer whether i got everything or not after checking i see the there were not cherry tometos in my pizza i show them. And they said you can keep this pozza will make a new one I said no get me my pizza with my ingredients. And he again asked me for sides i said ok i will add lava cake. When it came they asked me to pay for that. I was like excuse me! I waited for the next pizza to be prepared, then my 2nd pizza which already got cold and you are asking me to pay for that , it was your fault and you should be sorry for this. Instead you are asking me to pay for another side. Just because i was not in mood of doing argument as i was tiered from whole day work, i still paid for that without arguing about that. Hold on that not enough. They gave a half size of lava cake which was already burned i have picture as well with me to show them

My recommedation is never go to domino’s . They never prepare a pizza with care its always like this and this is not the 1st time this happend everytime we remind them for our missed out...

Ordered 3 pizzas and 4 sides for delivery. 2 of the pizzas had additional toppings added. Driver only dropped off 3 pizzas and the two pizzas didnt have the additional toppings. I called the store twice, no answer. Called third time and this girl answered and I explained. She said she was gonna check with manager and then just hung up. I tried calling back. No one picks up. Tried calling again and was waiting for someone to pick up. My partner then called them off his phone and they picked up straight away while I was still on hold on my phone. I asked the girl what was happening as the phone got disconnected. Again she said she'll talk to the manager and puts me on hold and never gets back to me as call gets cut. I tried calling back again and no answer. I drive to the store and while driving my partner calls me and said he was able to get a hold of them and asked whats going on. She told him she had told me that they were remaking it and he said no you didnt cause he had heard everything as i had them on speaker. I got to the store and asked to speak to the manager. The guy goes to the back and says manager is busy. I explained to him what happened and that they've made me drive here when it could've just been sorted over the phone. They remade the order and...
