Falooda House Craigieburn — Restaurant in Melbourne

Rude and unprofessional staff member We went there today and ordered around $60 of different items. When I asked my wife why she has not finished her shake, she told me that it tastes weird. I checked and clearly it had some sweetening agent added to it and it was not even drinkable. I told the staff that can you make a new one as this is not nice at all. She denied that it has anything but mangos added and refused to make a new one. Instead I was offered to chose something else which was fine for me. Then she went on and said that next time tell as soon as you get the order if you don't like it. I explained that my wife told me at the end. Then she kept on and said that you drank half of it and then complained to us. I showed her the shake which was as it is, as it was given to us. She back flipped and said that I have not said that. Instead of accepting their own mistake they blaming on th customers. I left the other replacement drinking and told her she can keep it too. No one is cheap like them and gonna lie for their bloody shake. Need better...

What an absolute joke this place has become. The customer service at Falooda House is beyond pathetic - it's cold, rude, and downright unpleasant. The Punjabi girl at the counter couldn't even manage a simple smile. I called her "sister" out of respect, and she looked at me like I'd done something wrong. Since when did being polite become a crime? It's embarrassing to see people from our own community acting this way — no warmth, no manners, no sense of hospitality. If you can't treat customers with basic decency, maybe customer service isn't for you. Falooda House completely fails to represent the kindness and culture it should stand for. Really bad customer service by one female staff. Called them just to ask if they have kulfi, she didn’t even listen why the customer called. Rather she said “we are too busy and not taking any phone orders”. I asked her to be polite and she said same thing again that we are too busy. It is not an uncommon thing that being any service provider, you would be busy (specially on the weekends)! I told her that I am in food sector from last 15 years; I totally understand it can be stressful work sometimes. Without listening further, she said “ਮੈਂਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕੁਲਫੀ ਲੈਕੇ ਜਾਣੀ ਤਾਂ ਲੈਜੋ” and hung up. As a customer, this is really upsetting.
