Very shocked at the service of this place as previous review I was asked to change cause owner didn't like the negative feedback and then was also told that the reason I originally contacted the place and what led to my bad review was absolutely shocking service when trying to make a phone call about a job position advertised so me being keen to work follows up to find out what's going on. I get told by the manager on duty to never call again if you don't wish to have customers then by all means go ahead tell someone not to call as being someone In hospitality for 19 years i know all about how to treat customers and that was the wrong approach then to keep me quiet owner asked me to remove review change it if possible so I did as suggested as owner said he could sort something out work wise and found out this was all a stalling tactic to just get the heat off himself as they were nothing but false promises sure the owner after this will come defensive just know this is 100 percent true and not how to treat customers from managers response to owner wanting to keep things on down low and build someone's hopes up who's keen to work and was going to put aside with the issues of the manager however after this experience I have to speak up. Read moreUnfortunately we experienced terrible service here. We made a big order for dinner and found hairs in our food. When we called up to respectfully inform the restaurant, the manager did not apologise at all and instead questioned why it took my brother 2 hours after ordering to let them know about the issue. We explained that my brother has little to no appetite and has been slowly trying to finish his meal. The manager then again questioned why he has taken so long to eat his food, and stated that we should have told them earlier if there was an issue. At this point all we wanted was a sincere apology, but received nothing but blame. We finally explained to the manager that my brother is a cancer patient and that is why we were taking so long to get through the meal, not that this has a single thing to do with the hairs found in our food. This was the first meal that we ordered after he has been discharged from hospital for chemotherapy. We just wanted a humble meal together... The manager of this restaurant is insensitive with no regard for the ill or respect for their customers. No apology, no compensation and contaminated food. Read moreIf I could leave half a star, I would. After receiving my order, none of the burgers were labelled, so we had to call to find out what burger is what (6 burgers). They did not give my onion rings and one burger was missing the meat patty. The person I was speaking too asked how many bags we received and I said three, to that she then said that it should all be there because I made the order myself. I explained no, it is not all here and a burger is missing the meat patty. She then said she will either refund or make the burger fresh for us to pick up. I asked if we could have it delivered because it was not our fault at all and to that she made the very rude comment “No, what do you think? We have a delivery driver outside waiting?”
She was rude, she was u helpful and had no level of customer service at all.
