Ferguson Plarre's Bakehouse - Airport West — Restaurant in Melbourne

I reviewed this before ,and stupid me I deleted it but I'm back .I'm to old to not tell the honest truth about this business .Fed up about the owner she treats customers 👎👎I'd really love to put something else but I can't. The staff one didn't take my card so I didn't get my points (I got the blame ) and the other staff member for the first time I got told I was rude (I'd only walked in said hello to one of the nicest girls ,then to the male staff member) and it was him that said he was talking and I interrupted. So I'm RUDE .My home help girl was with me and said she said what your rude .I said yes .Just because I said hello .Told owner and all she more or less said was he stays you can go else where .Well this does show how ignorant she is ,that she doesn't care about customers (that are regular) or how there treated .OH one other thing I wouldn't buy there Bread and Butter Muffins because I know for a fact that they use stale Crossaints in the mix .Because then there is no waste .GREAT .This comes from head office .I just hope you don't have a Chunky Beef pie that I had which only had some stringy little bits of beef it was full of gravy ,and I played $8-50 for crap .If you buy a pie 🥧 you want what is advertised. PS yes I did ring there head office and spoke to a woman and all she said was she'll tell whoever to stir the mix better...

My wife and i just wanted a coffe so in we went. Two young fellas working behind the counter seemed very friendly when taking our order which was "We will have them here but one small and one medium cappuccino in takeaway cups, two sugars in each and made extra hot please" Yes you guessed it the extra hot bit. Delivered to our table my wife took a sip of her coffee and of coarse not hot so said "excuse me my husband asked for extra hot" to which he gave a big roll of the eyes right and head in front of my wife, i had my back turned lucky for him as i do not take disrespect of my wife very well. She took him to task on it only for him to put his head down and not look at her. I immediately got up asked for our money back and left never to return. Poor form ETHAN. P.S. Was served by an extremely rude staff member (Dijana) today. My elderly grandmother ordered a chai latte and when she received it it was over half way filled with milk froth. I asked politely for some extra milk in it and she proceeded to berate me and told me she would make it instead with water (I was a barista for five years and never once made a chai latte with water). She then proceeded to speak about my complaint very loudly and rudely to the other staff member.

I then heard her questioning another customer about whether she was sure she should be adding salt to her pie when the customer asked her for some salt.
