I had lunch with my grandchilden on Monday the 24th April. We entered and the waitress told us to sit anywhere. We sat down and we’re waiting for menu’s after about 10 mins and there were several empty tables inside and a menu on one of the tables, I picked up the menu and the waitress yelled across the restaurant rudely that the table was reserved and she will bring over menu’s. Then after several more minutes comes to our table and says she’s the only one on and is busy. Her communication was rude and loud non existent customer service, we ordered and were there around an hour, that table sat empty with the menus still there when we left. Maybe leave the menus on the tables or give them to the patrons when they arrive, sitting on an empty table waiting for a menu for that length of time is just bad service. The food was lovely as it was the last time, cost around $80 I was there 3 years ago, the rest of the staff were lovely. However I won’t be back and definitely no longer recommend then as I did in the previous review. My previous review 3 year ago below…. Had lunch with my 13 year old daughter today, the staff were lovely, served us very quickly. We shared the beef burger and an extra serving of fries, coffee and a large milkshake. The food was really nice the beef patty was home made and really nice. The meal wasn’t cheap but very enjoyable I would definitely recommend and would go back again. Not impressed at all. From the time we arrived till we left it was a complete let down Had to call the waiter over and ask to order, then waited over 15min for a hot coffee and a iced coffee

Whilst waiting for our drinks we were approached by 4 separate staff with food and drink that we did not order

A small coffee was given to me only to be taken away and replaced with large mug (I ordered a small latte)

I returned it and asked for my order again, 3rd time lucky and I got the correct coffee

Meals arrived after waiting over 40min I x bacon Benny and 1x burrito

We had no cutlery and had to asked as our meals were just put down and the staff member walked off

My entire meal was stone cold, did not bother sending it back as I was starving Eggs were hard poached and bacon was rock hard

No one quality checked us, or offered second drinks or even cleared our dishes once we were done Has to ask for water as well as this was not offered

Went to pay but our order was not in the system, so we had to repeat it to what seemed to be a staff member who was in training and was very flustered.

No one asked how our meals were or nor we we given an apology or explanation for the lengthy wait

Clearly there was a breakdown in communication or a technical malfunction but common courtesy to keep your guests well informed would have been...

I went here with my partner on Friday 20th December at 8:15am we walked in a got a table the staff were really friendly. My partner and I order a coffee & some breakfast while ordering I asked a simple question as to what mushroomsthey were using "button mushrooms/mixed mushrooms" the staff member was not sure so went to ask someone, when she came back to tell me the mushroom she said "the ones like you get at Coles" . I didn't order them as it wasnt described to me. So I order 2 Poached eggs on toast with Avocado the toast was not hot nor was it toasted still felt like warm bread, my poached eggs were almost hard boil. When telling the staff member she basically just shrugged it off. My partner burrito was like warm not hot. For the coffee (magic) I was quite disappointed in it it was very bitter and poorly executed as the glass were still very dirty an the sauces had coffee stains, my partner flat white looked like a cappuccino without the chocolate and again was very bitter. I'm sad to say that I will not be back! I had high expectations...
