Wish I could have given zero stars. Firstly, meals were ordered and we were told “about 20 mins” we picked up exact 20 minutes later and the pizza was stone motherless cold. Like room temperature. Secondly, they completely forgot my wife’s Parma ... completely missed one of the meals on the order. When we realised, we called to say “you forgot the Parma” we got told “I’m sorry the kitchen is closed now, we can’t cook your meal.” After much to and froing and then saying that we wanted a refund for said meal, we were told that they couldn’t refund until the next day as the eftpos machine was down and since we payed by eftpos, that’s how they had to refund it. Given that it was 7:45pm, I didn’t believe the kitchen was shut and so I waited 15 minutes and called from a private number, asked to place an order for delivery and got “yes sir no worries, can I start with your phone number” .... so apparently the kitchen was shut yet they were happy to take another order?!?!? .... they stuffed up and basically argued the fact. Then instead of cooking the meal and delivering it like a good business would, they lied and said the kitchen was shut and that they couldn’t refund for 24 hours .... absolutely disgraceful business practice! We will NEVER order from them again and will make sure we tell EVERYONE about it....

Hands down, the BEST pizza experience we've had in a long time!

We visited Sissy Pizza last Sunday and left with full stomachs and even fuller hearts! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. We started with a beautifully fresh salad with chicken and avocado – light, tasty, and perfectly balanced.

Then came the pizzas… and wow. The tandoori chicken pizza was bursting with bold, delicious spices, and the kebab pizza with tomato sauce was an absolute crowd-pleaser – juicy, flavorful, and loaded with goodness. Every bite was magic!

And just when we thought it couldn’t get better – in came the Dubai chocolate pizza, personally created by EIlie, the brilliant owner. That dessert was next-level. Sweet, rich, and unforgettable – it was truly the cherry (and chocolate) on top of an already amazing meal.

EIlie’s passion, creativity, and hospitality really made the whole experience something special. Everyone at our table was happy, satisfied, and already planning our next visit.

We were really disappointed with the service and food, we ordered, 3 Pizzas, 1 pasta and 1 bbq ribs for $95 the food turned up cold with no ribs, I spoke to the Uber driver about the missing ribs she said that’s all they gave her and to contact the restaurant. I rang the restaurant to complain and was told it wasn’t there fault it was Uber’s fault the food was cold as they picked it up late, I told her I wasn’t happy and was going to put a bad review and she rudely said we are going to deliver the ribs aren’t we, I told her, so you should I have already paid for them!! She didn’t care at all absolutely no customer service what so ever, she didn’t even acknowledge they left it off the order. I have now read the reviews it seems they miss things off the orders, absolutely shocking service, no sorry nothing. We had cold food, the ribs turned up 1 and a half hours after we first ordered and only after ringing and complaining, and they were tough, absolutely ridiculous. Never going back there again no customer service and cold food not worth $95 don’t waste...
