In these times of high inflation, when everything seems to cost more, what a blessing to find somewhere with a high quality product at an great price point (see photo for current pricing). Wonderful value, whilst also supporting local jobs: what more could you ask for? As far as what cheese to go for I absolutely adore the Tasty. Liken it to a very sharp and flavourful vintage (one that would normally cost 4 or 5 times the price at the supermarket). At around $8 for 500g it's a steal and ideal for those who love a strong bite. The Romano is a salty, less sharp option for those who like a more subtle taste. The pecorino and the parmesan are also AMAZING! Great, sharp taste and wonderful on pasta or alone. My absolute favourite is the peppercorn. I could probably eat just that, forever, and be content. They're happy to let you try before you buy so you can find the cheese (or cheeses) most suited to your palate. You can also get hot and fresh Ricotta if you're so inclined. The factory shop is open 9am - 3pm Tuesdays and Fridays and parking is easy and convenient. There's sometimes a wait but you're never rushed when it's your turn to try and buy. Overall a brilliant local maker and one everyone nearby should visit.
