If i could give this place 0 starts i would.

Where do i even start. Walk in 10 minutes after our reservation because i couldn’t find parking just to find out that our table had just been given away to the couple behind us that hadn’t booked in. Was sent to a table that already had customers and was just happy to be seated and ready to eat, wasn’t offered any water or no apologies for the inconvenience that has been caused. They then seat us at a table of 2 which we are thankful for. Order the food through the app which in hindsight was the 2nd most stupid decision of the night behind rocking up. Pay for the food through the app at 7:30. Takes 20 minutes to get the potato heaven. and another 30 more minutes to get our boneless wings. I asked a staff member why we have been waiting so long on our food because 3 tables that came in 25 minutes after us got there food which was the same order we got and got there’s before us. i was told we’d only been waiting 20 minutes when it had actually been 40 since i looked at when the money was taken out of my account. Had other plans on that we had to reschedule because our food hadn’t been handed to us yet. Finally got our food after 50 minutes, still no apologies. It ended up being dry and disgusting ended up not having half of the meal because i’d lost my appetite after being treated like dirt for the last hour. Never coming back here again. We read the menu, I chose something light and she chose a substantial dish the kimchi fried rice. Two good drinks a fresh lemonade with real lemon juice and a lychee drink. Importantly for us, this restaurant is halal. I went to the bar counter and placed my order. 10 minutes later I went back to ask what happened to our drinks. The girl whom I ordered from looked confused and asked me what I’d ordered. She found our order and said yes I’m making them saying it was so busy. Then I sat down again and my partner said that the waitress had given the other table their cutlery and I should ask her for some service. The waitress came over, looking angry at us and told us its self service and I should go there to help ourselves. So I hopped up went over to the cutlery station, and there were trays of knives forks and spoons you could hardly see because the multi level rack they’re on is not lit. There were no serviettes. I turned back to the bar and the girl there was serving another couple. I wanted but saw the serviettes on the counter and just pointed to them. As flustered as she was, she broke off taking her order and refilled the tray. Apologizing profusely. Later or food was delivered followed by our drinks. Her rice was spicy but bland tasting. My prawn dumplings were tasty but oily. The drinks were fresh and tasty. There were a number of family groups and couples but the restaurant certainly wasn’t full. This is probably the best chicken restaurant I have been in, you can have KFC and you think that is decent, but once you walk in to Gami, any other fried chicken you've had will be sub par in comparison. Starting from their customer service and all the way to the sauces, you will not find a fault at all. Even their toilettes are squeaky clean and would be the only other toilette I would use over the one I have at home.

Now moving on to the food. They have one of the crunchiest and nicest chips you can have, and their chilly sauce goes greatly with the chips and about everything else on the menu. The chicken wings are cooked to perfection and not a fault with them, very crispy from the outside and juicy on the inside. And finally, the chicken burgers, me and my mates had them there, and it was one of the best chicken burgers we've had.
