I ordered for 15 Peshawari roti on Friday 25 July around 7.00 pm for Sunday 27th lunch. A lady took my order and name, we both agreed upon 12.00 noon as the pick up time on Sunday. Price was estimated as $1.50 x 15. I asked the lady, if I should remind her again a day before, she said there was no need. On Sunday our grandson went for the pick-up at 12.10 pm. He has been asking me to phone them and ask if they are ready because often they make you wait. I tried phoning 5 times as recorded on my mobile, the phone got cut off the first time and then continuously engaged tone. When our grandson arrived there, he was requested to wait 10 minutes. He sat in the car and went back 15 minutes later, again they said another 10 minutes. He was upset and said, tell me the truth, how long. He was told they ran out of flour, someone has gone to get it, it will be another 20 minutes. He went back into the car and finally got the rotis. He virtually waisted an hour when there were other things, he had to help me with. This was very frustrating on our busy day when family invited for lunch. After all this we didn't get the rotis we ordered for but the Rhoghani naan. 😱 Mistakes can happen with anyone but you have a responsibility towards the customer.
