My kids enjoy Agha Juice falooda, and we’ve tried many of their branches. However, this visit was disappointing.

I paid for falooda and ice cream, and was told the falooda would be ready in 5–7 minutes. After waiting over 10 minutes, I asked about it—only to be told they had accidentally served my order to someone else. They apologized and started preparing it again, but by then, I couldn’t wait any longer due to other commitments.
