The undercover giraffe viewing platform is the main attraction here, especially on a wet day. We would have loved to stay longer but the food offering was so dismal we had to go look elsewhere for food. We were also given wrong advice about what other cafes would be open. It's disappointing to pay entry to the zoo and then not be able to find...

Quite simply the most unappealing food in all of Melbourne. $12.70 for a burger that is slightly above room temperature and tastes what I imagine wet cardboard would, $6.50 for cold chips that have 0 flavour.

0/10 would not recommend, save your money and avoid...

Lucky I can't give anything less than 1 star, but when your child refuses to eat a plant based nugget and there isn't any meat on any of this menu..... you know something is wrong. Will never buy anything from this disgusting plant...

It was alright. Enjoyed a toastie and an iced coffee. Pretty average food, wasn't horrible. Was just good to get food as the other cafes in the zoo were closed at the time.
