Giuseppe's Pizza Mornington — Restaurant in Melbourne

I was beyond upset and disappointed with this pizza place last week. We have been going here for years now and order every week for our family pizza nice . But last week we were done and will not be returning. We ordered our usual and my pizza was not what we ordered and paid for. We pay for extra add ons , we spend around $80 there each time. I called to say there was a mistake, I got passed then onto a women where i explained what happened. She was beyond rude !! Made me feel like I was in the wrong, she then said “well what do you want me to do about it ?” She asked me twice this ! I said well I’d like to have what I ordered . She then said I would have to wait a hour and then said no a hour and a half and pay delivery . I’ve never been told to wait that long or pay a delivery when this has happens before by them. I said that was fine. I waited over a hour and half and called back, to a male who had said he has no order of a remake and what I was taking about . When I said I called over a hour and half ago about this he quickly said it’s white the driver and will be there soon , I live 5 minutes from the pizza place . I said are you sure ? He said yes . So I wanted , another 45 minutes !! By this stage it’s about 9pm, I called back I was now furious and had been lied to all night. I said where is my pizza , I called the out for lying and said I’ve never had such rude service and how unprofessional this is! They didn’t seem to care , I said I’m a regular and we order every week . He then said they are now making the pizza and it will be there soon. It came about 30 minutes later and I had to pay the driver . I was livid !! I got no apology , I was treated like crap and we will never return !! Worst service , no respect , terrible on all levels ?!...

After my order larst night, l called and spoke with a so called manager named Linda, this was the second time my order came with human hair, the first time l was very happy with another manages response and as a loyal customer for over a year kept buying from you, however Linder was so extremely rude to me as l had paid with as always a five dollar gratuity for the driver l have called my bank and it is under investigation for my payment to be stopped, l am an honest man and it is against my nature to do such a thing but l ordered for my elderly neibour and had to inform her l could not buy her dinner as l had to put it all in the bin due to human hair in the pasta so lm very sorry but in these times and always l will not be spoken to in such a rude manner with telling me bad luck, sorry you have such a disrepecful lady manager on your staff as l have always rated you highly, Kind...

I normally order the garlic and cheese pizza from here but I felt like a bbq meatlovers this time. Horrible pizza. Ordered a meatlovers with tomato and spinach added. Barely got any bbq sauce or spinach. Bacon is not cooked properly. All the ham is in the middle of the pizza and no where near the outside of the pizza. Boyfriend ordered chipotle loaded chips, all we got was a box of chips with a bucket load of sour cream dumped on top with a sprinkling of jalapenos and chilli. We attempted to eat some of it by putting it onto a plate but it was still inedible because of the shear amount of sour cream was on there. Even the garlic bread wasn't even cooked all the way through. Upon arrival, the staff just looked at me and didn't even say hello. Too busy talking s* to notice me or even make 1 of the 2 pizzas I ordered. I would rate this 0 stars. Very...
