I have been coming here ever since I moved to the area. However, in the past few months service has gone severely downhill. Today I ordered drinks, all with Oat Milk. For starters, bless the poor girl that was on she was clearly not trained very well only making one drink at a time when there was a queue of customers. Needs to be more staffed on and more training for the staff! I got my drinks, my partner and I are severely lactose intolerant, hence why we order Oat Milk. Without going into too much detail, I think you know why we could tell we definitely got full cream instead of oat. Please please train your staff better and put more staff on! Especially during the busy school holiday season when there’s more people out. Usually love this place and really sad to be writing...

I always come here when I go through broady and I'm impressed that every time they remember my order. Unlike other franchisees it has a real community vibe to it with lots of regulars which makes it a nice place to sit. Some other reviewers have noted minor issues and variable customer service which surprised me. Nevertheless it is pretty standard in any hospo small business with high volumes and staff who have variable levels of experience. I think if your problem is getting the wrong milk or having to pay 50 cents extra it's worth mentioning it at the point of sale because these guys will 100%...

The worst Gloria Jeans! I came to redeem my free birthday drink on my app and the lady at the counter before she even scanned my card said the computer isn't working,then when I told her to try, I saw when she scanned my card the drink came up and refused to give me a drink and said u my account isn't registered when it is! That's how my account is showing the freebie and app is working fine. She is obviously didn't want to give me the free drink. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!! The man working there was supporting her...
