I was waiting to be served while holding a cranky baby. There was one other customer being served while I was there and three people working there. One person served the other person and the other two workers stood around doing pretty much nothing and one was on her phone. When I said something, that there's three workers there and someone could've served me I just got a rude and snooty response. To top off the poor service my "smoothie" was watery and tasted like cheap juice mixed with some with some sort of sugar syrup. You already have a lot of bad reviews, and you're going to keep getting them as long as you keep leaving a bunch of 15 year olds in charge, but hey, must be cheap labour right? So one person was on the phone sorting something out, what was the third person doing? And please, you have more than just a few bad reviews... and all about the the poor service, but you're obviously too smug and dismissive to actually do anything about it.
