Truly and honestly a delightful pizza shop. From a very welcoming and friendly service, to a great product. Getting away from a overly sized menu that can have you undecided for half a hour in most places, this shop has the old-school simple menu. Don't be fooled by its simplicity, as you will surely be impressed. My first-time order here to try was a large Supreme. Oh my lord, when handed to me with a smile, this box was so heavy. To my amazement, I had to open it up and take a look. And there it was...Loaded with toppings, but not overly. Everything made sense. A great classic pizza, made and cooked the way it should be. Every topping was fresh and screaming flavour and quality, you can taste it. It's amazing! Businesses like this are hard to find these days, and I'll be back again every week travellings 24kms, or whenever I'm in the mood for a great tasting pizza. Because for me it's worth it. Horrible service!

I wouldn't normally bother going out of my way to write a review for poor service, but this was the worst, most embarrassing encounter I have had!

We were long time regular customers, until a recent instance where they delivered literally a plain base pizza to us. Plain! I spoke to supposedly the manager 'Sara' to sort out arranging a replacement pizza for us. I took me at least 4 repeats of myself before she actually stopped cutting me off to listen to what I was saying, and even then, she was dismissive of the issue and stubborn and refused to take ownership of this issue.

Considering we have been going to this pizza shop weekly, the fact that they thought that they seem to think 1 pizza will cost them more is a joke. I won't support any business that talks to their customers the way she did. Calling a customer "dumb" earns you a 1-star.

Edited: The owner (a male different to who I spoke to yesterday) has contacted us and arranged a replacement pizza free of charge...

On 2/1/2022 my regular pizza place was closed for New Years holidays. Hughesdale Pizza & Pasta was the only place opened in my local area.....which I am SO HAPPY about!

Hughesdale Pizza & Pasta is a family business run by a lovely family😊 I ordered two family pizzas, which were larger than family pizzas in other establishments. The ingredients were super fresh & tasty made by the main man MALIK.

I also ordered risotto, which in all honesty was tastier than the Italian restaurants that I’ve been to. The risotto was prepared by Malik’s family.

If you want to blow your money in an expensive city restaurant go for it, but if you want the same (if not better) quality food in the suburbs do not hesitate in ordering from Hughesdale Pizza & Pasta👍🏼 Food💯%. Service💯%...
