This is Uncle Bob your Delivery Pro. I will be leaving reviews on how many places are set out for delivery personnel. At Deer Park Hungry Jack's it is a horrible experience. It is the first Hungry Jack's venue where I have seen the delivery personnel pushed off to a collection window. This window impedes into customer seating space and causes the drivers to be out of the field of view of the staff. So, I am promptly forgotten about in the rush as they don't see me, I'm in the way of customers, and all because some 'genius' thought it would be a good idea to have drivers wait there instead of the way all other stores I've delivered for, the drivers wait to the side of the front counter. It's not as if the venue is cramped for space in front of the counter. So, why a bright spark thought a little window to the side, in the way of customers seating was a good idea I'll never know. Avoid Deer Park Hungry's until they fix their stupidity.
Update: Hungry Jack's and their love of little delivery windows. Now another 'genius' decided it was time for another little window for delivery drivers to wait at during afterhours so drivers could avoid being stuck in the drive through. Wait.?! That's actually a great idea. Oh....... but they don't use it, with a sign that says all delivery drivers need to attend the drive through. Ha ha ha. Get it together Hungrys.
WARNING: Drivers (not just me) are often now refusing to accept delivery offers from this Hungry Jack's due to their stupidity of not utilising the new Delivery Driver after hours window. Wait times are often in excess of 30 minutes and the platforms are not paying the drivers for this wait time. So, expect HUGE delays after 11pm most nights if you're looking to even try to order Hungry Jack's online using Uber, DoorDash or Menulog.

Read moreI'm writing to express my disappointment with a drive-through experience today at 02:14pm I placed an order for a coffee, specifically requesting that it be made extra hot. Although I mentioned this at the time of payment, I had to wait approximately 10 minutes for the order to be ready. When I received the coffee, I could immediately tell by the temperature of the cup that it was not extra hot. I brought this to the attention of the employee and requested that the coffee be remade. Unfortunately, my request was denied. The employee insisted the coffee was hot, but upon taking a sip, I found it to be only lukewarm. Despite explaining the issue again, the employee refused to cooperate or find a solution. The lack of cooperation and refusal to correct the order was very frustrating. I was disappointed that a simple request was denied, especially after a long wait.its not the first time this has happened, how many times must we compromise on this matter?? If the optional wasn't available then it should have been said at the order.

Like what! How does that make sense I told the girl that I couldn’t understand how we can’t order in store and take our food away but we can’t order threw drive threw again What!!
