Hungry Jack's Burgers Epping — Restaurant in Melbourne

Hi there... Past 10 years, I'm a regular customer for hungry jacks...HJ serves me the best food whenever i check in... there's no second thought abt tat....however, i had sad experience in this morning 7.30 am@ HJ pacific epping vic 3076...i love chicken royale(in wrap)... past few days HJ epping staffs so friendly in helping me in getting chicken royale in a wrap not in a burger(based on my request)...but today morning a Indian lady manager working in HJ epping...i gone in drive thru and asked my usual...she was soo rude and she said that i cant do that for you, its against the rules....and i said "mam, please past 3 days im gettin chicken royale from ur staff...y cant u"...she replied that" i cant do that for u..i cant do tat for u..not in my shift" in very rude manner... im saying mam u cant talk to me like tat im ur customer...she turned deaf ear and i was soo embarrassed...i left HJ in a sad face ..i went to nearby HJ thomastown and the manager was soo kind and gave me the food i wanted...still i love HJ not only for the delicious food but also friendly and kind staff.... i believe in hungry jacks management .. i hope they do necessary action regarding that lady manager's bad attitude and behaviour...plz teach her some...

This has got to be the worst Hungry Jacks in all of Melbourne! I’d give no stars if I could!!!!! Our food is ALWAYS cold, they always take forever! Last night we were waiting for 20 minutes, possibly longer, they have never ever once packed our bags correctly something is always missing. Last night we thought we’d try it out one more time and the gentleman Elias(spelling?) was an absolute machine, read out our order perfectly without even needing to recheck the screen and was such a lovely boy. He needs to work somewhere else because that place is shocking!! After he served us we thought “maybe they’ve gotten better” WRONG! The workers were so slow as if they had no care in the world, Elias even came to the second window, saw how many orders were waiting and even said to the workers “why has nobody parked these guys” even the youngest of them all done his job better!!! I truely hope Elias works somewhere where his work ethics will be valued. Horrible horrible Hungry Jacks honestly considering not...

Ordered a Double Whopper with cheese and mentioned that i want it fresh. Even after mentioning them my burger was undercooked and soggy. I opted coke for the drink and it tasted like sugar syrup at room temperature. After having a word with the person working at the counter i got a replacement drink and it too tasted like sugar syrup. When I raised concerns about the drinks and the quality of food, the employee and the manager replied, that’s how it tastes in our store. Eat it if you like or leave kind of attitude. I will never go back to the store again. I wanted to post a picture of my bill but the person at the counter made sure that I don’t have it with me. I ordered a double whopper with cheese meal with coke for the drink and onion rings instead of fries. Date 28/03/19, time around 6:00 pm. I would also like to mention that the store is filthy, food everywhere and flies for food. I wonder how is this store...
