Hungry Jack's Burgers Greenvale — Restaurant in Melbourne

I paid for my Order at 3:10 , got told to wait at the waiting bay where there was 3 cars in front of me . I heard the girl tell the car in front of me my meal I told her and she said it wasn’t mine. So I kept waiting .after she went back inside the next 4 orders that got there food was behind me . I asked her again and she said it shouldn’t be long . It had then been a totalOf 35 minutes . Waiting in 32 degrees being 36 weeks pregnant and having a crying screaming toddler was painful. I was stuck and couldn’t go in . She finally came back out at the stage there is only one car left behind me and Ofcourse they got there food as. I still havnt. I complained and said just give back my money so I can be on my way .shift manager came out and asked me what my meal was and when I told him he said that meal was sent out already .

I asked for my money back , didn’t get it but got half my meal . Didn’t get my drink nor did my son get his kids meal toy or drink. I did however get a free breaky wrap card. Which I will absolutely not be using !

Waiting 45 minutes for a whopper junior small meal and a kids happy meal and bbq chesse burger is ridiculous ! And then To not even get the order right is even more ridiculous . No one should be waiting that long for fast food !

Would just like to write a review of my experience on Saturday 28th of June at around 9pm. From the first second the girl (Beetrus) at the front was rude , and had a bad attitude, while taking our orders. Okay thats fine maybe she just had a bad night. Then we were waiting for our order and she mumbled out one of my friends orders. When my friend didn’t hear the order properly the first time, she stormed off somewhere like a big baby, and brought over another girl who looked like a manager who came over with a sourpuss face to aggressivley read out the order again. Then they continued to give us attitude for the rest of the time we were there, and stared us down to make us feel intimidated. They also didnt put any of the sauce we ordered in the bag, or napkins either. So what are we supposed to do wipe our hands on our clothes? Really poor experience, which reminded me why i always use the drive through so i dont have to deal with situations like this. Also there was a 3rd girl working at the time who was very nice (I didnt get her name) , maybe they should look at promoting someone like her that is more professional for that role. Just a message for those other 2 girls too, Cheer up abit life is...

I had one of the worst experiences at this Hungry Jack’s recently. I walked in just trying to grab an ice cream and mind my business, but from the moment I entered, a group of people working (most of the staff) kept staring me down and laughing! like I was some kind of joke. It was extremely uncomfortable and humiliating. I’ve never felt more judged or disrespected in a public place. I don't like being stared when I'm eating. No one should feel that kind of negativity just for showing up and ordering food. Whether it was immature customers or unprofessional employees, it completely ruined my visit. Won’t be coming back to this location again. There were a couple girls working a the front from mind I think one was named Yas? Couldn't really get her name, one had blondish hair and the other had dark brown hair with a hoodie. I am so disappointed on how they are to treat people, things HAVE to be changed ASAP and a tip hire people who have respect and actually want to work! not go there to joke around...
