After an exhausting day at work, I walked through dark, dreary conditions as the beginnings of a storm began to develop overhead. Through the overcast clouds, specks of rain started to dribble down onto me as I sought refuge in the nearest shop; Hungry Jack's. Upon entering, I glanced up at the counter to see the cashiers eyes agaze, fixated onto me and my drenched white t-shirt, shivering in the cold of the water clinging to my body. Despite the seemingly never-ending line of customers waiting to be served, he bristly walked his way over to me with an authentic smile implanted on his face. Upon seeing my drenched clothes, he graciously offered me his clothing. Before I had the chance to speak, he took off his shirt and pants, revealing a second layer of hungry Jack's clothing, as he gave me his dry outer garments. In shock, I thanked this man, in awe of the unfathomable customer service and quick-thinking I had just witness. The man, seemingly having a heavenly glow around him just smiled back at me, stating "there is no need to thank me, as for I am here to only provide the highest quality service to my customers. My name is Liam by the way, Liam Avital." He then shook my hand amicably, and returned to his usual service in his back-up clothing. Upon returning, he proceeded to make some of the most ungodly, delectable meals human-kind has ever seen. Upon a mere atom of the food which Liam Avital oh so graciously blessed touching my taste buds, I began sobbing. I knew I would never taste anything this good again. The perfect mixture of sauce, meat, and other ingredients were expertly crafted through the hands of Liam Avital to culinary perfection. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your Heatherton store. On 6 oft 2023 at around 2-2:30 pm, I placed an order for a Whiskey River Whopper, which I was excited to try based on your promotional campaign. However, when I received my order at the drive-thru and began to eat it, I realized that it did not contain the Angry onions as advertised. Instead, it contained onion rings.
I want to emphasize that the Whiskey River Whopper was appealing to me specifically because it was supposed to include Angry onions, and this was a key element of the premium burger that I was looking forward to trying. The absence of the Angry onions significantly diminished my dining experience, and I felt that I did not receive the product I paid for.
I believe it is crucial for a premium burger to contain all the ingredients promised in your advertisements to meet customers' expectations. In this case, my order fell short of those expectations, and I left your Heatherton store disappointed.
I kindly request that you address this issue to ensure that such errors do not occur in the future. It is essential that customers receive the products they order, especially when they are drawn in by promotional campaigns.

What happened: I went to this branch with a friend of mine, who wanted to redeem a voucher on his phone while I wanted to redeem a shake & win offer on my phone. The manager advised us that he would only allow one of the vouchers, which would have been understandable if it had been the same order due to the condition that you should not be combining vouchers. However, I did offer to come separately and place a different order which the manager declined in an unfriendly fashion. I also suggested that I could easily go back to the back of the queue and then place another order when my turn comes, which the manager declined as well. In that whole conversation, more importantly, he was extremely rude. While I was trying to explain how a separate order would work, he would walk away and not even talk to me. This is utterly unacceptable behaviour from any staff, especially the manager of the branch.
