美味 ! 美味 ! 美味 ! 美味 ! 美味 ! 美味 ! 美味 ! 美味 ! I’m Asian so I know my food. 🙂 Unique: Soft & Tender Tofu with Thai style sauce that brings you to Heaven. Butter Chicken that melts in your mouth - recalling back makes me salivate now 🙂. Sambal brings me tears of joy. The silky dark sauce of the Hokkien Noodles brings me back to my childhood eating in the Kopitiam with my family. My next target is the Longevity Noodle to bring me luck in my next lottery game. Health Benefits: Jammed packed with vitamins including A, C, E and K, but they also offer other health benefits including: * Lowers blood pressure and cholesterol. * Relieves headaches/migraines. * Reduces muscle pain. * Helps with flu or respiratory issues. * Eases pain of arthritis. * Speeds up metabolism. [ Reference: Dr Google ] Generous Portion size. Good amount of Meat in Hokkien Noodles and Butter Chicken. The food is good thus the food turnover rate is high = the food must be fresh. Love the unique handwritten with love “Enjoy, Debbie” on the bag that melts my heart like the Butter Chicken. If you don't like queuing, why not order takeaway from Uber Eats and enjoy in the comfort of your home to binge watch movies? The delivery will come in a flash. I give it 5 / 5 Gold Stars. I want to eat everything, well, except the staff :P . I will return to try different dishes & drinks as they all look tasty. 🙂 美味 ! 美味 ! 美味 ! 美味 ! 美味 ! 美味 ! 美味 ! 美味 ! What a wonderful first time experience dining at this Malaysian Chinese restaurant. From the moment we made the booking to when we arrived we were well looked after! We were served by two waiters called Frank and Audrey and nothing was too much trouble. We had the Chinese set banquet at $42 per person and enjoyed every dish. My allergy to onion was catered for but I should’ve mentioned to hold back on some of the chilli on the chicken. The food was tasty and serving sizes were more than enough for two adults. Dishes we ate were; Chinese sweet corn and chicken soup Prawn crackers Spring rolls Mongolian beef Garlic prawns Deep fried chicken with some sort of chilli sauce Special fried rice with shrimps And to finish our meals, my wife had very nice deep fried vanilla ice cream and I had a magnificent deep-fried banana with vanilla ice cream. At the end of our meal we were given two complimentary glasses of exquisite tasty port. Serving sizes were just the right amount! Car parking underneath and on Warrigal Road is easy. Those who cant climb stairs can use the elevator. So for something different and after driving past this Restaurant many times it was great for my wife and I to finally visit and enjoy a lovely dinner with excellent warm hospitable service. Many thanks Jeff and Estelle

The place to come when you crave Canto Malaysian style cuisine. We had “Yam Basket with Coconut Butter King Prawns” - signature dish, large firm fresh prawns deep fried to perfection, zero oiliness, great combination of flavours. The pork short ribs was just right, with gooey, sticky not overly sweet sauce - again fried perfectly, with no lingering oily taste. Sizzling Mongolian Beef, tender pieces in that familiar marinade and finally…the saved the best for last….Japanese Sizzling Tofu - we could have had just this dish alone with hot steaming rice. There were also entrees of soups (perfectly seasoned) & two servings of sago pudding (pandan infused pearly goodness) for dessert to end a perfect wedding anniversary lunch! (No photos for soups/desserts) Most importantly: attentive customer service - good food plus great customer service = the place you need to be! Thank you Coconut House for a lovely gastronomic afternoon.

The staff were very accommodating, even though we arrived earlier than the posted opening time. (Google Maps says 4 p.m., but they actually open at 4:30 p.m.) The restaurant has a spacious interior, which explains why it's popular for family gatherings. Our favorite dish was the Coconut Butter King Prawn—great flavor and well worth the price. Our kids especially loved the sizzling Japanese tofu, and the portion was very generous. We also ordered the Nyonya Chicken, Braised Eggplant in a clay pot, and Longevity Noodles. The noodles were a bit too salty for our taste. The lobak was our least favorite dish; it featured a herb we didn’t particularly enjoy. Overall, it was a pleasant, casual dinner, but since it’s a 40-minute drive for us, we probably wouldn’t go out of our way to return.

I would give zero stars if I could..... We ordered special fried rice, a beef and a green chicken curry dish. The beef was chewy, and the serving was half a small container, for $24.50.... Very dissapointed and I don't recommend this place for takeaway Asian food. Thanks for your sarcastic reply. The green curry was not nice either - radioactive green isn't normal. Additionally, one of my photos is of 300g of beef - it's more than your whole dish. You would be lucky to have 150g of beef in your serve. Not only are you cooking low quality food - you are lying to your customers and ripping them off by charging for more than you supply. At the end of the day, the quality of the food I received was low, so I can't recommend your business to anyone. Thank you.

very spacious restaurant but very empty even on a sunday night, perhaps due to the rather hidden location. They are also very understaffed, only two people working at the front. First of all, the sizzling tofu isn’t sizzling… its taste is very underwhelming, taste nothing like authentic Malaysian sizzling tofu. The salt and pepper pork doesn’t taste like salt and pepper and the pork itself has a weird taste to it, it’s probably not fresh. in addition, the coconut rice tasted horrible, very dry and has no coconut taste, had to order a steam rice afterwards (funny how the restaurant is named coconut house). We also ordered a coconut drink, the staff claimed it’s fresh but i’m pretty sure they add sugar to sweeten it 😟
