Hungry Jack's Burgers Taylors Hill — Restaurant in Melbourne

This people try to kill me! I went to the drive through and ordered vegan whopper no sauce and no onion. I said multiple times my order first when ordered second time I paid and pick up window as well.I said make sure you hear me NO SAUCE , No ONION!!!! I have allergic reaction for some sauces so I am not having them at all. They ask me to park in waiting area what I did. Waiting , waiting, waiting. 3 cars next to me served and 30 min wait I ask the lady who come out and drop of the food to the other car who came much later than me. She’s said sorry they mixed up orders and forget about mine. I was pretty angry and hungry because all my grocery was in the car and this long waiting I could get home and cook my dinner. 5 min more waiting still served other people so I went inside and ask what’s going on??They said a different story than (this time I talk to the manager) They sorry because they had 2 vegan order and they mixed it up . Well my order just got ready and she gave it to me. Before I take it I asked again I guess a 5 th times No sauce and no onion? She said no but if I want I can check. She’s a manager so I trust her and I walked out . Get in my car and I checked my burger was FULL of tomato sauce. I was boiling angry went back and ask the manager why she lied to me??? She keep her lies continue she said you said you don’t want Mayo. I could not believe to my ears. I said to her I never talk about Mayo I asked you NO sauce! She just keep saying no you said Mayo. I want to know Who train this managers ???? Head office should open they eyes!!! Managers lies to customers very unprofessional. They could make a serious health issues for me with they lies . I never ever want to go close to this store not even any Hungry Jacks again !!!!!!! I give them minus - 1 star not even...

DO NOT EAT HERE.

This is the slowest fast food place in history. They do not care about your food, only their metrics. If you order drive through they will tell you to go park in the waiting bay so they can mark the order as served, then they will bring it to you in 10 minutes. I've had this happen multiple times for orders as simple as 2 bacon and egg muffins, even if there is no one else in drive through or inside the restaurant. Twice I've walked into the store because I've been waiting in the waiting bay so long, only to find that there's no one inside and no one in the drive through queue. When I've asked about the food I'm waiting for they said "oh, here it is" and then went and filled the order with the lukewarm food that was obviously sitting there for ages. If you order in the restaurant they will take your money, then not bother filing the order. Drive through is obviously prioritised because they're being timed. Multiple times I've waited inside the restaurant with no one else there for 10 minutes just to get a bacon and egg muffin. The continual 10 minute waits would be understandable if they gave you fresh food, but it's invariably old, chewy and cold. They're not cooking fresh food, they just don't care about their customers. HJ corporate needs to send secret shoppers here and then remove the franchise from this owner and either sack of completely retrain the managers. Edit: 15/10/22 This place still sucks. 10+ minute wait for a bacon...

ABSOLUTELY NO STARS AT ALL FOR THIS STORE

We have given this store so many chances since it opened however it just gets worse. and worse.

Tonight we ordered two Ultimate whopper in a meals , 3 times specified to them that one has to be no mayo as there are alleges to it.

They also read our order back to us to confirm it.

We again repeated no mayo on one of them They said yes of course first we waited at the window for 4 minutes for the order to only be told to go in waiting bay and it will be another 4 minute wait.

Mind you they were not busy had no one in the store , staff were walking around with their phones and just chatting away to each other.

When our food was brought to us 5 minutes later we went home to find out that they not only took forever for 2 meals but also had marked on the box which one had sauce and which one didn't.

We went to get our meals to only find that they both had mayo even thou one of us is allergic to it , lucky for us we looked at the butger before eating it.

We rang the store and they tried to say it was a accident but no its not acceptable...allergies are very serious people can get very sick from them and die there is no excuse for this especially when it was repeated few times to them also sorry is not good enough either an thats all we got from the supervisor in...
