To hungry jacks, werribee
Last night around 12;30 me and 2 mates went pass thru hungry jack werribee drive thure we ordered 2 large vegie meals one vegie burger and one whopper meal. we had 2 application in our mobile phones to redeem the burger which are 2 for 1 and junior whopper. we showed the application to the manager name dave and he told my mate that it was only 1 application available for the moment actually there was 3 of us all had the same application in our mobile phones and dave told my mate that the application was fake and was very rude on how he handles us i decided to order a frozen coke and he told us to go around the order box as there were customers behind us waiting i mean as if we didnt wait as well we just wanted to add a frozen coke as it was only a dollar but instead he made us go around my mate actually ask him nicely if he can do it to save us going around instead he had so much attitude to tell us to go around as hes reason is there were other customers waiting like we hadnt waited as well? anyway since i wanted the frozen coke i decided to go around even though my mates told me not to bother anymore i ordered 3 frozen coke only when i got to the window dave gave us 3 frozen coke and i demanded to see a manager he told me his a manager and when i give him the money he said the frozen coke were for free and thanks as for waiting. i wondered if this the proper standards of hungry jacks to handle customers they were others customers waiting long enough im quite sure they havent got their free frozen coke. i feel like weve been single out and this type of behavior dave applies to your store needs some re assessment because i think is disgusting.first of all who does tell the customer to go around if they wanna add extra order simply theres others customers waiting? i mean seriously how did this guy become a manager? Read moreSo we ordered the new kit Kat storm and a Oreo storm, sticky date pudding and iced chocolate with no ice, and small chips. I ask if the storms come as advertised. The young lady taking my order who I couldn’t really understand, and vice versa replied yes. She had an Indian accent which made it hard. So on arrival of our order, I was shocked to see that the storms were poorly made and never made it anywhere near the top of the cup. I asked where the rest of the storm was? The young man delivering who was also Indian stared at me like “what’s the problem?” I said, they look nothing like you advertise and are not even full.. the same girl who served me in drive through came out with my chips and said, that’s the way we make them. I then said well I guess I’ll have to go to another hungry jacks for better service, to which she replied with an attitude and walking away. “Yeah well you go and good luck with that because our manager only allows us to do 3 circles of icecream” 😮 This is my local hungry jacks and their regular workers and service is usually on point! But these new guys gave real bad service and have next to no pr skills. Waste of time and sprinkles will have to be my go to after that. Btw, we have become accustomed to being ripped off and handing our money over for a product that doesn’t even deliver what they say they do! We threw out the kit Kat cause it tasted weird like it was old and had stale kit Kats. The iced chocolate was a 4 at most and the sticky date looked like someone dropped a creamy white turd on it. Read moreI went there around 11pm, I didn’t know that was closed for walk in. A lady saw me standing at the door and she roll her hand like tell me to go at the back. I was confused if I can ordered from drive thru, I tried to speak and look for her at the window and wonder why she told me to come here. I see a car around I didn’t want to go at pick up point so I went back to the door and call her again and said I want to ordered food, now she make her hand like driving. I said I don’t have a car then she said cannot buy So I asked her why you asked me to go there at the back and she didn’t want to explain and ask a man to talk to me which is they didn’t come closer to explain. We were screaming for communication and he said no car can’t buy food that’s it They didn’t explain how I can buy food, pre order, delivery or whatever that I can buy. They just act like you can’t buy food if you don’t have car So I went back to get a car which is very far to drive thru again He said that’s policy that we don’t serve for walk thru and I understand but why don’t you explain what the other method I can get food, why the lady didn’t tell me nicely for the first time and she didn’t even say sorry, act...
