We stumbled across Indy Thai by accident.. this place is truly a hidden gem 💎

From the moment we stepped inside (although extremely busy), we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality from the owner.

The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was bursting with authentic Thai flavours, definitely made with love and care. (Compliments to the 👩‍🍳 chef)

We tried and would recommend to anyone the following dishes:

The lotus 🪷 chips (2 serves, haha) Chicken satay with homemade crunchy peanut sauce. The healthy super greens (kale, green beans, broccoli with ginger & chilli sauce). The chicken pad Thai. Crispy chicken salad. Jasmine & Coconut 🥥 rice.

Beverages: Iced Butterfly 🦋 pea & Iced lychee soda.... both delicious 🤤

Lastly, the owner was super friendly she ensured we had a memorable dining experience, we chatted for a bit after our meal and traded our holiday adventures.

One year later and the service is still amazing. The vibe is terrific and the food is TDF. Whoever marked less than 5 🌟 needs to GAL.🫠

The staff here are genuine, wholesome and love what they do, and love the people who come to share in the cuisine, vibe and connection. (Still loving the crispy chicken) ———- The thing that attracted us was the 5 stars, the thing that made us return was the food, the service and the atmosphere.

One of the most authentic Thai restaurants in Balaclava.

I was served the spicy fried rice with basil and beef along with their in-house coconut ice cream with a smile and it's safe to say that it exceeded my expectations.

The fried rice was irresistibly fragrant and punchy with flavour from the basil and the meat induced quite well. It wasn't too oily which is something I always keep an eye out for.

Both the fried rice and the coconut ice cream were presented in a pleasing aesthetic manner.

Kudos to the team for quick service without compromising...
