Jamaica Blue Eastland Shopping Centre - Level 1 — Restaurant in Melbourne

Im always going Jamaica for coffee and food. This story about the Eastland shopping centre level 2 Cafe. This place staff service is horrible. I asked two coffees and two plan Croissants TODAY . First answer was only take away at 4.20 PM no simile no well come so rude and very unpleasant I said its ok I will have take away I asked croissants to toast then girl charge $ 29.40 from me . Im using phone to pay just after press ok then realised it was too much, before I ask that girl she went back to clean the premises. The man who makes coffee i asked him about price then he said yes one plan croissant is $ 9 plus then my husband told him hey man how come ?? he was so rude and looking at us like we are thefts and said we over charge and just came me $5 note and one coin . he's face like he could eat us. I was holding my little baby all that time I felt to put that coffee back to his face. He never apologise for over charging. and I got just plan croissants didn't toast or no butter . I have to return that to again make it toast. very unsatisfactory service we never ever go back and i will pass my friends and family to msg. We are working full time and having beautiful family with busy life style. We had to finish our weekend such a bad way because...

Never again, and 1-star is being generous. This establishment has taken a nosedive in every aspect that matters.

Completely bad experience I had today. I have a steak sandwich with my partner the Thymestalk left on the steak dry and overcooked The chips were dry and didn’t have any seasoning. Tomato was okay.. The top of cheese cheddar melts and doesn’t balance well with food The bun was too rough couldn’t break through the knife couldn’t even eat the sandwich without having to take it apart and very clearly truly it wasn’t the type of bun even had an iced Mocha didn’t even give me glass and it was bloody plastic! Terrible service staff didn’t even know what they were doing just keep walking around didn’t even come to check on us once. The chef I was looking at didn’t even clearly know what he was doing looks like he just messing around in the kitchen and playing music and not caring much about the food.. how could you serve this to someone with the steak completely dry couldn’t even eat it properly. Made me sick quite after eating it and my partner had it too and I was having aching stomach pain. Won’t be coming back here after I was serve this!!!! Terrible service terrible chef clueless and careless of what he was doing....
