Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience when returning my bracelet yesterday needing the clasp to be reattached It just broke about 3 1/2 months ago. I live down in Middle Park so it took me a while to get back up to Eastland. So took it into the store yesterday and I was charged $10 to have it put back on now I was furious and yes, I acted like a bit of a Karen in the end because the young girl was so rude about explaining that it’s a three months policy Warranty which I’m sorry. I think that’s a little unfair considering it is handmade so I feel the quality should have been up there. I’ve spent nearly $400 at this store and it’s has come to this that I’ve had to complain about getting charged to have the bracelet fixed which obviously the quality was not up to standard. I had treated the braceletwith kit gloves, but the thing that really annoyed me was my friend was in there earlier and she had to get a link placed onto her bracelet and she wasn’t charged anything( I didn’t have a new clasp put on at all just reattached the old one ) Now I know it was only $10 which is absolutely nothing but I’m sorry but if a product isn’t up to standard and it is supposedly craft great craftsmanship it shouldn’t have fallen off. Yes things happen. I’m not saying they don’t but I think your warranty should be a little longer than three months, according to the woman young woman that was obviously standing in for the Mannger yesterday. ( Who by the way needs to deliver her message in a much more friendly manner to which I wouldn’t have been such a Karen!) And I’ve read all the reviews and yes everybody is treated so lovely and welcoming. When you’re buying products I grant you that because that’s exactly how I was treated but when a product isn’t up to scratch and it is to be mended now that’s a whole different...
Read moreI wanted to enquire about permanent jewellery on behalf of my best friend who is getting married and wants to do this as a bridesmaids activity. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by super friendly, warm welcoming staff. James showed me their private studios where you can customize your permanent jewellery and have a drink and it was the perfect space for such event!
So many chain, pendant and other jewellery options that are also customisable and also so much more affordable than other companies that offer permanent jewellery.
Kalli was so helpful and showed me her jewellery and how well it has lasted and she answered all my questions and was so attentive!
I ended up getting a permanent anklet, I love that I can go back anytime and change it to a clasp or add a pendant and there’s 3 months warranty should anything happen.
Definitely will be going back and getting a stack designed to get matching earrings and necklace. 10/10...
Read moreWhat an absolute pleasure it is to deal with Kalli and James! I've seen this lovely couple quite a few times to help sort me out with my individual tastes in jewellery and they've been so helpful. Most recently, I was devastated when a favourite pair of earrings (purchased as a holiday souvenir) had broken and deteriorated. It wasn't made of the best metal initially but I loved the style and wanted to retain its shape and form. Kalli basically restored it to a whole other level. Just beautiful and will last a lifetime now! So grateful as she took quite some time and effort to do the work. Very grateful. I also took some of my dogs ashes in a pendant to her and she made me a custom length resizable chain perfectly suited for it. In this day and age, customer service isn't what it used to be but Kalli and James always provide a genuine, friendly and knowledgeable service. Lovely people and good at...
