Made a phone call order for two family pizzas half half under the name Rana. Sent my sister Rana to pick it up and the order came back completely wrong with two large pizzas which cost $33.90 ( with a V drink) called back to confirm the order and the lady on the phone said they got the orders wrong because there was “ two Ranas and We were given the order with Raga” despite the name being clearly written as “ Rana” on the paper of the pizza box?
She said we paid for family size and the food is meant to be bigger not large size because the orders got mixed up. I asked her when she was thinking of giving me a call back and she said “ we don’t take down the numbers of customers” So how do you follow up with customers who never come for their orders then?
So I said I am coming back to pick up the right order. We drove back 20 minute drive each way and she wasn’t even sorry and charged us extra $12 because she said we paid for large not family? She literally said we paid for family on the phone and the box was meant to be bigger? Not only that, the least you can do is let go off that charge for getting our order wrong and making us drive 40 minutes back and forth. Not sure what her name was but really bad customer service. Now the pizza is not even warm. It’s okay to get orders wrong, but it’s not okay to have absolutely no customer...
Read moreI had tried the pizzas from here and I would say that they are below average. I am not one to complain a lot about food but it was not put together well. First off, the cheese should be at the bottom with the sauce not just caked on top. This caused the pizza slices to split open on the first bite making it very messy to eat. Also the amount of ham was equal to the amount of cheese caked on top of the pizza, I do not mind ham but that was all I could taste. Basically I had a ham and cheese sandwich all I needed was a long neck melbourne bitter and I would have been in white trash heaven! In terms on local pizzas it is a step above smokin joes (as is an East African jailhouse pizza, which is not hard to achieve) and a step below La Porchetta (which is thankfully heading into non existence). In summary I would like to give the local guys a go but cannot spend money on something I cannot enjoy, please step up your game and come into line with what pizza has become in Melbourne and the suburbs and perhaps I will be back but at this stage it's...
Read moreWhat an absolute joke this place is. I called them because I couldn't order of menu log due to it said they were closed. After calling them a girl answers and I asked her "are you open?" She said yes so I told her I would drive down to order food ( due to we had 22 hungry people over our house)
She said yea ok. I got there 10 minutes later to find the doors closed I knocked and the man inside comes and says there closed. I explained I had just called and his response was. Well you should have ordered over the phone we close at 8.30????????
What sort of a stupid pizza shop opens at 5.30 and closes at 8.30. No wonder everyone in greenvale talks bad about this shop.
Bring back the old assyrian owners they were amazing. Please find something else to do and leave hospitality alone. You don't have a clue about food. The only reason people come there is because your the closest pizza shop in greenvale.
But don't worry there will be...
