This is definitely my new go to for a signature in-house created brew and homemade panino tasting of Italy on a plate.
A little different to the usual and using only quality produce, these handmade panini masterpieces were absolutely amazing!
From the first bite of the Bamboozled panino with its smooth pistachio cream and hot honey drizzle, it felt like a warm hug from nonna herself.
And the rotating sandwich special was none other than my fav, the Reuben, and so of course I had to get it. Not as loaded as some I've had, it didn't have to be as it was sweetened with the taste of sandwich pickle and made special with additions of roquette and a chef's sauce that will forever remain a secret family recipe.
But it was the Meat Sweats that was the ultimate showstopper - packed full of salty prosciutto, velvty mortadella and a chicken cotoletta hinted with parmesan and herbs that was cooked to perfection, that truly sets here apart and above the norm.
Served with a smile and even a hug, you can taste, feel and vibe the family here...

If you’ve been following our sandwich journey, you know we’re on a mission to try all the sandwiches with mortadella and stracciatella that Melbourne has to offer. Their Bamboozled is definitely up there among our top picks. The addition of honey made all the difference in bringing out the delicious creaminess of the stracciatella, though we wish the honey and pistachio were slightly more prominent. Nonetheless, a combo like this could never go wrong.
Our absolute fave has to be their Meat Sweats. What’s not to love about prosciutto, mortadella, cotoletta (chicken schnitzel), and provolone dolce on a bed of fresh roquette? The pesto mayo binds everything so nicely together. If you’re a big meat lover, don’t pass up on this one!
Generous and filling portions, and friendly staff. Can’t wait to be back soon and try their How You Doin’ with roast potato and...

On one occasion I waited 1 hour for a few panini for my co workers and I , people who ordered after me got their food before me. Worker told me that I should order online next time to avoid waiting. My coworkers said that the bread was cold and very oily, and that they wouldn’t be returning. I agreed but thought the fillings were ok so I decided to give it another chance.
Came back a 2nd time and there was barely any sauce so I asked if I could have some more. The worker said it would be $1. I asked why I should have to pay when you haven’t put enough sauce? She replied with ‘we always put the same amount.’ I told her I’d been here before and it wasn’t the same amount of sauce, and she says ‘no, we always put the same amount.’ Unbelievably rude and arrogant.
Won’t be returning here. Don’t come here unless you want bad service...
