I don't usually write reviews, nor use Google. My whole family regularly orders from Johnny’s Boys Pizza, the Keysie one, mostly for delivery. Often, the drivers speak little English and don’t know what a smile is. However, there's one guy that doesn’t, Alex. He always delivers pizzas to both my factory and my household, and he’s honestly a pure legend.
Alex is honestly fantastic from our little chats , I’ve gathered, He’s a student who works when he can, always polite, uses manners, and is happy to chat for a minute or two. He even takes the time to bring pizzas right to the workers. The kindest delivery driver you will meet is, without a doubt, Alex. Respectful and polite are understatements. Alex, you're an absolute legend. I always ask him the question “ so what days do you work so I can order on those days” & he always says “whenever I want thanks to my boss” Whenever I call up the store I ask for Alex, they say on the phone why, and I say because his a legend. (They normally don’t understand and say delivery in 30 minutes😂)
So whoever Alex’s boss is thank you for giving this young lad work, you obviously know how good he is. Thanks for the laughs and the freshly delivered pizza Alex &...
Read moreI love Johnny Boys pizza but ordered for dinner tonight and was highly disappointed. Pizza needed more cooking, ham and salami were very sparingly and you could hardly taste it, mostly you can taste the capsicum, olive and shrimp, where normally it is always a rich in toppings pizza, tonight was a half cooked doughy taste with capsicum or shrimp or olive, the ham and salami, hardly any taste as there was only a small potion of them. Dough was not crusty at all and was too soft, taste was too doughy and you can tell it needed more cooking as cheese had hadly color and was oily, if my parents hadnt started eating, l would have sent it back, could not tolerate it at all and even my parents commented that it was by far the worst pizza we have had from Johnny Boys, never have we been disappointed with their pizza but tonight it was not edible, most of it ended in the bin. It was like eating a half cooked dough pizza and not even hot, just mildly warm. The positive, delivery was friendly and on time but pizza disappointing, we ended up eating...
Read moreThis is our go to pizza shop and sometimes we try other pizza shops in the area but always go back to Johnny boys. Even the fussiest of our family who have owned pizza shops themselves recognise that Johnny boys do a bloody good pizza. There gluten-free pizza is one of the best that we've tried and this is very important. We always get pretty good service and the 1 time that they neglected to give us a pizza that we had ordered we called them and they delivered it to us straight away and even gave us an extra 1. We appreciate that in this climate they are understaffed and busy as is every business at the moment. Well done Johnny boys and focus on the positive reviews that you get and not the silly negative ones you just can't please some people. But we are pleased and happy...
