Juventino — Restaurant in Melbourne

I would highly recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs - you are better off spending your money buying groceries and making pasta yourself, before purchasing from this restaurant.

I ordered via UberEats, trying this restaurant for the first time. Instead of the gluten free spaghetti and garlic bread pizza that we ordered, we received a penne dish, and an overpriced ($8) garlic bread.

When I rang to query this, and was put onto the manager, I was told that the gluten free pasta was only penne, to which I replied that perhaps the online menus need to be updated. When I queried the garlic bread, the manager said, and I quote 'I am busy and need to get back to work'. Apparently handling a complaint from a customer isn't part of this manager's job.

To top if off...the quality of this food was appalling, certainly not worth the $50 spent on the order.

What happened tonight?? We arrived 2 adults and 2 five year olds at 7.15pm. I noticed all the other patrons were served while we tried to keep the children entertained. After everyone in the restaurant was served the kitchen constantly pumped out more orders for the stream of uber delivery drivers. At 8.45pm which is 1.5 hrs after we ordered one of your staff approached us to tell us we will have to wait 15 more minutes. I explained that 5 year olds going to primary school should be in bed by 9pm. I also noticed none of our orders had been prepared yet.. This totally destroyed our evening out. We were forced to pick up some cheap take away on our family night out and kids going to bed super late.....

Jouventino,,,, would have to be the best and I mean best in the sth east suburbs!!!! There Mexican pizza is so authentic,,,,, tasty,,,,, and just brilliant!!!! It has become a weekly for me as I can not fault it,,,,,,, do yourself a favour and stop scrolling through Uber eats trying to find something because there on there an no need to look further!!!! Please put your seatbelt on when eating juventinos food because you will faint!!! From brilliance and flavour!!!! Of mastery on the culinary set.
