KFC Cranbourne West — Restaurant in Melbourne

This is one of the new KFC stores in Victoria. And I have been going to buy KFC through the drive-thru few times. At the start the service was good. But over last 2 months I had so many issues here. Just yesterday I went through the drive-thru coming home from work ordered what I need and it was repeated correctly at the pay window and I went to the next window to collect the food and ask to wait at the waiting bay. I was then given food few minutes later and due to few previous issues I checked the food and as per previous orders I was given less items so then I drove back to the drive-thru which I had to wait close to 15mins to go to the pickup window and this time the girl gave me a bag and I close the window straight away and I checked again to see before ai drove off and to my horror was given something totally different then I decided to park the car and went inside the store and spoke to a girl in the counter gave the bag I was given second time back and when I told her what was missing she said ok and then went to pack the order. And again I checked and I was given thr wrong product again. I then called the girl again and said it was wrong and I had to explain to her in laymen terms because she don't even know what was I missing when I said as per the menu description.

This whole episode wasted more than 30mins of my time when I was tired from working all day to get a quick meal.

What I also can see is that when I ask for extra salt on the chips they add the salt onetime over the chips then they load up the chips to the bucket and then close the lid and then they add the salt which get drop on the lids fall off to the ground. I am not sure how in the world will the second salt go inside when the lids are closed. Such a waste of material.

Very sad to see once a goos place fallen off the quality...

On my last visit here I was gob smacked at the way I was served. Firstly when I placed my order I was asked by the girl if I wanted anything else, I said yes & I ordered it. I was told to drive to the window to pay. When I got there nothing was said to me (because she was too busy talking to her co worker). She just assumed that I was paying on my card & shoved the machine in my car window. I then go around to pick up my order & I was missing the additional item I ordered. I told the extremely rude girl on the window that I was missing it & she quite abruptly told me that I didn't ordered it. I told her that I did or I wouldn't be asking for it. She again told me that I hadn't ordered it. I did order it but whether the other girl who took my order (& was too busy talking to her mate) didn't put it through. Then the rude girl spat at me "if you want it you have to pay for it" as if I was trying to get something for nothing. I had no problem with that because it was what I always order. I went back the next day to speak to the Manager & I can now understand where these girls get their attitude from. It was the same Manager which was on the night before when I was there standing right next to the rude girl & she didn't say a thing. When I spoke to her about it all I got was a sour looking face, no sorry or anything, just got I will talk to her. Pretty disgusting treatment by so called Management & staff. With treatment like that I hope they realise they are not the only fast food...

I went thru the drive thru and ordered a 6 nugget large meal with extra salt and a Pepsi max when i got to the window to pay the young girl told me the price I asked if that was correct as it sounded to cheap she said yes I paid she then handed me a can of Mountain Dew I Sid that’s wrong she then went and got someone to help her the other girl asked what I ordered i repeated the order she then said with some attitude I need to be patient as the first girl is new so I asked for the manager as I didn’t believe I had done anything wrong as I had not raised my voice or used profanity or been rude or aggressive. I explained it all again to the manager she apologised and wouldn’t take the extra money for the large meal and told me to go to the next window when I got there another young girl started to say an order I said no that’s not what I ordered she then said the 6 nuggets I said yes she also gave me attitude about the first girl being new I said everyone keeps getting it wrong and as she walked away she said something I didn’t hear what it was but can only presume it wasn’t nice so not very professional. I then went and parked and went into the store spoke to the manager and asked for an area manager’s details or for head offices phone number to make a complaint she said she doesn’t have those numbers.
