Hadn’t been to KFC in 6 months as the service is so bad and the orders are consistently incorrect. Thought we’d give it another go last night. Quite shocked to see that it’s still horrendous…how is it allowed to continue? Do the owners even care? KFC Hallam is the same!
We went through the drive through and ordered a family feast. Was told to park in the car park and someone would bring the food out. After 30 mins and no sign of any staff I went inside to see what was going on. Our order still wasn’t ready and the staff were stuffing around. Finally got our food and headed home where we realised we hadn’t been given the coleslaw. Also, the chicken was so greasy that when we went to pick the box up the whole bottom ripped off and the chicken spilled everywhere. The chicken was dripping with oil. Some of the pieces were unrecognisable with strange pieces attached to them. Needless to say it did not taste good.

KFC are still insisting I cannot be contacted. It is such a ridiculous situation that they are contacting me, and doing nothing about the fact that they charged me for food they did not provide because they cannot contact me. I reiterate, stay away from this restaurant, they are not worthy of your money,
Original review:
It is bad enough I got home before realising a large chips was missing (I should not have to keep other customers waiting while I check the order). The chips I did get were about 2 thirds full.
Potatoes and salt are really cheap ingredients and we are charged a huge markup, at least fill the box?
KFC's response to my complaint was to say they could not contact me. To be clear, KFC emailed me to say they wont do anything because they could not contact me.
Extremely bad value, and follow up customer assistance is non existent. I will not...
Read moreHonestly I liked the old building than the new one which has been built too close to the front of Princes Hwy and has a narrow, tight turning drive-in take away lane and the exit is equally tight and then to get out and back on the road, that too is tight. It has been wrongly built in my opinion. Since the new building was completed and operational I haven't been going there as often as when they had the old building with spacious car park and large parking bays becayse the bays of the new building as so narrow and difficult to get out of the car without bashing the doors against another vehicle. Sorry, I am not going to get my car dented because of some obese person who can't get out of their cars. If I go there once in a blue moon, I park on the street and walk to the store. I mostly go to the Clyde Rd store where parking bays are wider and easy to get...
