Ordered $43 of food for delivery . Received package to find large chips were missing from order. Phoned to advise restaurant. Girl I spoke to was unapologetic, stated they had supplied the item, I re-iterated that it was not supplied and they insisted again it was. I raised my voice at the time as they were effectively calling me a liar or that I was so stupid that I could not see the large chips that WAS NOT THERE. AT this stage , the girl advised me to come to their place and pick up the chips. I stated that I have no interest in doing so as the order was for delivery and by this stage I had no interest in being called a liar and also have to leave my home to rectify their mistake. She continued to argue and called me rude on two occasions when I was no such thing and only raised my voice after her insistence that I was wrong. I said that I would only come to their store to return the order and obtain a refund on the spot to which she agreed. I was extremely angry at this stage at being called rude and essentially a liar but I took the food and drove to their shop to obtain my refund. When I got there, the girl was still unapologetic and insisted on making the large chips on the spot whilst I waited, to which I refused and just wanted my refund as discussed. The girl said they cannot give a refund and that I had to contact menulog for the refund. I said that she told me to bring back the order for refund to which she denied and said that she told me to contact menulog for refund - again calling me a liar and outright lying herself. I am normally a calm and easygoing person but I will get my back up when I am being called a liar and treated like a fool. I could have erupted at this time but instead told them to roll it and store it where the sun doesn't shine and left to contact menulog. UPDATE 14/12/2021: I saw that they've changed their menu completely and decided to give them another shot. It was AMAZING! A complete turn-around! I highly recommend the bacon mac and cheese, as well as the wings with sriracha mayo. It was positively scrumptious! Everything arrived hot and the portions were perfect. They've really revamped everything and I'm officially a fan. I also appreciate how late they're open, as someone who works the graveyard shift. Definitely give them a try!

Food arrived cold. The fries on my Philly Cheesesteak Wrap had clearly been cooked earlier and then reheated. The steak was also really tough.

They listed 'Mac and Cheese Croquettes' for $3.50 and then 'Jalapeno Poppers' for $3.50, as well. Both listed as plural. I didn't expect to get a lot, but I did think I'd get at least three of each. Instead, I got a single croquette about the size of a ping pong ball; and it's the same case for the Jalapeno Poppers -- just one, and a small one, at that.

I hate complaining and if something can be fixed at home, I'll just do it and shrug it off. But I felt scammed by the way things were listed; and the quality of the food was just unacceptable. I'll never ever order from this place again; especially when there are so many incredible places to eat in this area.

Dead set Scammers! 😡 Be careful when you order especially when you upgrade to a large meal. They quote one price then when it comes to pay an extra $8 is added on. eg. I ordered x2 large lamb kebab combos at $16 each. (Combo: kebab reg chips & Drink). For some reason it came to $41. So I paid. When my order was ready I asked for the 2 drinks that came with the 2 combos but some idiot behind the counter wanted more money! In my order they only gave me x1 kebab x1 Chips and wanted an extra $8 for the drink. Again I ordered 2x kebab combos and paid $41. The funny thing was I said 1 kebab with no onion when ordering and after minutes of arguing with this D'head the lady that originally served me came over with the 2nd kebab & Chips and on the bag it had "No onions' I finally got my full order and now Im just giving you the heads up ' the lot of them were in on it! Tryn to swindle a lousy $8. They have lost me not only for tryn to swindle me but for his rude & nasty attitude tryn to make me feel I was in the wrong! All I can say is get a print out receipt...
