Would be beneficial if the council actually did a rubbish patrol, this place is covered in cans and broken glass. Even in the sandpit we were digging up pieces of broken glass. Someone attends to empty bins and clean the public toilets so would be great if they actually picked up rubbish. More cover needed, two small shade cloths cover the smallest part near the sandpit (the concrete next to it, not the actual sand). Seems like it was designed by someone who never saw a playground set up before. Positives.. Big wide space for scooter riding, water taps, and public toilets

Locally known as Rocket Park, this is a great area. Playground, disability swing, skate park, walking tracks, lots of trees and grassed areas, sand pit, public toilet, and I believe BBQ facilities are still available. (Didn't pay attention last time I was there, lol) I've been going to this reserve for around 13 years now. Kids loved it when they were younger. Now it's less often, but it's still a requested destination when they want to let off a bit of steam. Great for families with young children, and those with teenagers as well.

“THE ROCKET SHIP PARK” My children love it here always asking to go. Fun for all ages. Clean toilet and BBQ area. Shaded and non shaded seating Good parking Water fountains Short walk to 7/11 for a coffee or ice cream. Winter, Summer it’s honestly a fan fav in my household.

Big open space for kids to run and play! The space theme lets the kid's imaginations go wild. There's a fair amount for toddlers to do too as the playground isn't too hard for them to navigate. The ailen serpent thing coming out of the ground that's in the photo is no longer there. There are plenty of seats for mums and dads to watch the kids, and a bbq tucked away behind behind the sand pit. There's also a toilet. Only con would be there's no shade over the play equipment so I assume it would be quite...
