WORST STORE IN VIC!! We visited this store most recently on 19th Sept, 2018. (my mum wanted to have her favourite food for her birthday dinner at home) We ordered through the app on my sisters phone and the app crashed and kept closing, at least 100 times from first opening the app. We were finally able to make an order through the app and made our way to the store to pick up our order, which is about a 5min drive away, telling my mum we should be back in 15minutes maximum. We arrive at the store and isn't very busy, although there is a few other customers already in the store. My sister tries to log that we are in store so that our order can be started to packed, but for some reason the app won't let her do this, although she has already paid for the order through the app, which happened without a problem. The staff member on front counter couldn't help us as apparently they don't have a way to attach the order she made to the store, even though when making the order we selected the Noble Park store, as we have many times in the past. So the front counter girl asks the manager, Cody, who also says the same thing and then basically starts blaming my sister for the error "Are you sure you selected the right store?" and "Are you sure you actually made an order?" and then says that he doesn't believe she actually made an order, so saying we were trying to get a free meal, amongst other comments which I can't remember. I told her that she would have also recieved an email with the order number as well as the app notifications, the app had decided to have another crashing fit and wouldn't open. She was able to find the email to prove that she did infact make an order, she was infact charged, that it was with the Noble Park store and what food items were on the order. She shows this to shift manager Cody, who takes a photo of it and gets the front counter girl to make our order, great we should hopefully have dinner and be back to my mum to celebrate her birthday. The food we ordered seemed to take forever to be put together. The staff member forgot a drink, we had to point this out. We checked the paper bags that had the food in it, there was a whole meal missing from our order, which we pointed out to the girl when we got her attention. We went to leave and as i got into the car I checked the missing meal and realised that there was another thing wrong with our meal, the chips were the wrong size, a small not a large as we had been charged. When i went back in I tried for 5minutes to get the attention of the staff who decided to chat and laugh to each other rather than serve customers, finally getting her attention I told her what was wrong and she took the wrong ones and got me the right size, no apology. So i asked to speak to the manager, i'd had enough of thier stuff ups and attitude by this stage. I said to the manager that although the app problems weren't directly their fault, that i didnt expect fast food to be so difficult and take so long, with so many problems with our order. He was rude, although his words said sorry, his tone and the way he spoke, his body language and the look on his face was telling me otherwise. He said they were short-staffed - that's not my fault? He said they were busy - again not my fault and as we somewhat frequent this store at least once a fortnight, I would say that they were not that busy on that night.
The manager needs to be re-trained in how to speak to customers, you are the shift manager and are meant to solve problems that arise, not make things 10 times worse.

They close the drive through all the time saying sorry not enough staff come inside then slam the window and ignore you till you come inside. Inside is even worse. They don’t give you any instructions and if you don’t go up to the counter and give your name after you have already paid and ordered online then fat chance of getting your meal. The lady at the window shouted in my face saying oh well bad luck not enough staff here so press get a refund on the app. I stayed at the window and informed her by waving her down again that there is NO REFUND option on the app and she said well bad luck I just work here I don’t know how to use the app (after telling me it was possible to get a refund). She slammed the window again forcing me to come inside and refused a refund. I waited there for over an hour and the chicken I received was so disgusting it went in the bin. I would have been happy to get my money back at the time they were “swamped” and gone to get dinner elsewhere but the service was so bad every time you try to talk to them they slam things down, ignore you or yell at you. The music they were blasting inside was distasteful and even songs coming on with swearing all rap songs and and things that were inappropriate. The staff were always pushing past the crowds of people to go outside and smoke and then pushing past again every 5 minutes. The red haired girl was so rude and also the other Asian looking female who seemed to be claiming herself as some sort of manager yelling and slamming the windows in people’s faces and not giving anyone a chance to explain if they were disabled or anything or if there was a serious issue about why they can’t come inside. Every time I have come there, there is always music blasting and kids laughing and carrying on instead of doing their job all hanging around outside at the cars and being absolute nuisances acting like unruly teenagers but they all work there and are on the clock running in and out to hang out and smoke and horse around. They are intimidating and make you feel like ordering is bothering them. This place is out of control. Please get some decent staff that have some manners and are willing to pick up a cloth and clean that...
Read moreSHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give this store no stars I would, but unfortunately that isn’t an option. I’ve been coming to this store for about a year now, and every time I come here there is something missing in my meal. Whether it be an extra condiment I’ve added to my burger or the dipping sauce. I worked in fast food and hospitality for 6 years, and the customer service that I experienced was appalling. Last night my burger was missing something so I drove back through drive through for a second time. Waited 3 minutes for someone to come to the window as the staff were all chatting away, and laughing. Waited another 3 minutes for my replacement burger to come. Once my burger came it was absolutely drenched in bbq sauce that there was no way someone could eat it. Furious at this point, I have driven around for a third time. Waited another 3 minutes for someone to come to the window. When the girl noticed it was me she has a little smirk on her face as she approached me. At this point I have not gotten one “sorry for the wait” “sorry about this” I asked for the manager. Once the manager came, I still didn’t get a sorry for waiting or sorry that this has happened. She offered to do a whole replacement meal for me and my partner as his food would be cold as well. So we waited a further 8 minutes for the replacement food to come out again. Still once I received my meals there was still no apology. I completely understand everyone is human, and we all make mistakes especially for someone who worked in fast food for 6 years, But to completely stuff up someone’s order 2 times, and for no apology, and for your whole staff to be mucking around. This is unacceptable. Now after eating my meal both my partner and I have now come down with food poisoning. This store needs OHS (occupational health and safety) to come and inspect their store. It wouldn’t surprise me if this store had to be shut down to fully inspect the cleanliness and the way the staff handle the food.
