KFC Sydenham — Restaurant in Melbourne

Hands down the worst KFC in Victoria lol. I’m not one to leave online reviews but having moved back to this area recently and visited this particular store again - it’s crazy to me that it’s still operating as disgracefully as it was before I left. Constantly get your order wrong - to the point where it almost seems like it’s on purpose out of frustration at the customer asking for extra salt or extra sauce. (Photo attached of my order 20 minutes ago - an original crispy burger with extra mayo. I received a burger with zero mayo and a hot&spicy chicken fillet lol). Horribly rude and unprofessional when returning to address issues with an incorrect order. Never answer their phones. And the food is always old, stale and gross. If you live in this area and enjoy KFC every now and then, do not go to this KFC. Go to the one in Taylor’s Hill. It’s just as close and provides a lot better service. I get that it’s a takeaway restaurant with a bunch of kids who don’t really care running shifts - but come on man. This particular store should be shut down or have new ownership. This honestly would have to be THE WORST Kfc store ever! I order online for delivery & over the last couple of years, I don't think I have ever gotten the correct things in my order. I try to avoid ordering from this store but sometimes it won't let me order from the other store so I have to order from this one. The most recent disappointing event was last night. I ordered the usual, Large Zinger Stacker box with regular chips as the second side, large Pepsi Max. I get potato & gravy for the second side & a CAN of Solo as the drink. Food was cold as usual & no salt on the chips. No cheese or chilli relish on the burger & as usual it looks like they just threw the pieces at the box & hoped they'd land in the right place. We’ve been there a few times now and understand everyone has a bad night but enough is enough, a description or photo of a product or a deal that a fast food supplier displays on their signage should be what you get for money paid? If I have missed some updated marketing please let me know Ordered some dinner tonight Not hundreds of dollars but money that I could have used somewhere else but thought I would shout my partner and son a bit of.
