A few days ago I visited here to see my friends. The store was quiet and the western woman was ordering alone. Canddie was kind to a western woman. I waited in line to place an order. I'm going to order my turn. when i said "ice long black large size please", ring a bell at the same time but she had no gestures and ignore me she made a phone call without saying wait a while and without saying sorry give me second please I was waiting her, Yes, I understood it. she finished call she has no smile, I think even scary "Ice long black large size please" she said "What did you say?????" what??? she asked to me rudly few times When she kept asking, my feeling was too embarrassing I have lived in Australia for a few years but I have never had such experience. anyway I was waiting for a little while, and Canddie brought me some coffee. she gave it away Small Size Long Black NO ICE I'm also angry about the wrong coffee. I was more angry with her behavior. because she flipped the wrong coffee on the table My friend came here and spoke with me. she went to order and is VIP customer here (The manager gave you a present for her special day) Canddie lied to my friend like this when my friend ordered, Canddie said to my friend "When she ordered it, i could not heard that because it was noisy. You know? when i ordered, it was not even noisy If when i ordered it, i think she have to double check? This is COMMON SENSE I can understand that too so It is her behavior that I am angry. She never did not come here to sorry I was so absurd and I was more angry at her lying. What's more absurd is that when VIP my friend came here, she changed her behavior, smile.. everything I saw the duplicity of Canddie. I was already distracted and angry, and after i saw that she had duality. and then she came by the time I drank coffee almost She said "I am so sorry can i give you another cup of coffee?" In fact, Canddie was so rude. this is not frist time. I can not stand this time and leave a review She ruined my calm afternoon. I do not want to go...

The only thing that was decent was the speed and milk of the coffee- besides that I found the beans very bitter.

BREAKFAST Let me get started. There were 3 of us - 2 basically ordered the same thing (smashed avo) with a bit of extras the other eggs benny. Now the person who ordered first got their food honestly 10-15 minutes after we got our food. I’m writing on their behalf cause they’re too nice to leave a nasty review. But I’m 100% not.

If you’re bringing food out to a table, BRING ALL THE FOOD FOR THE TABLE.

Let’s get to the food- It was cold, cold and cold! The halloumi wasn’t cooked on one side, the toast was a rock and the eggs were cold. I had ordered the same dish - smashed avo, my friend had the eggs added on yet i got mine before here when she ordered first.

Mine on the other wasn’t that appealing either. Soggy bread, old feta and a little burnt bit of bacon I’m assuming it was precooked and thrown through the oven.

Waitresses were pleasant but failed to be attentive or apologize for the inconvenience but instead chortled to us from the pass it’s on it’s way (we were seated near the front), I mean it was hard to hear because there was a table near us that was being used to dump all the dirty dishes into big tubs. (So appealing to see while eating)

I understand it was busy but i manage a cafe myself and have worked in hospitality a while I feel as though the situation could of been handled 100% better.
