The customer service was awesome! The server that I had gotten really took care of me and although there were some rude customers they still kept a smile on their face. She seemed really nice and down to earth. The gelatos were a very good decent size of gelato. It was the perfect amount. Although it was overly busy, the 2 workers kept their heads up high to make sure every customer got what they wanted. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience at Gelatissmo and DEFINITELY will be coming back (just not a very very very busy day😅)!!! Maybe a few extra workers could have helped out and I’m very excited to try out some other flavours...

Wow! Wow! Wow! I love Gelatissmo!!! I had gotten the raspberry sorbet, and let me tell you IT WAS THE BEST THING EVER!! Such a hot Sunday, and the raspberry sorbet was the best thing to wake me up aswell as to cool me down. Although it was a bit of a wait, it was so worth it! The customer service was excellent. Even though the shop was swimming with customers, the workers pushed through to make sure everyone got what they wanted. My sister got the bubble gum favour and it was amazing!!! There needs to be staff training on scooping and then make it all consistent. I know you guys are new but your competitor- Augustus is not that far from Watergardens. We will try again but when the cups are literally half scooped because you watch the staff member struggling to get anything on that spatula its very cringe and dissappinting. Our ice creams were fixed by what looked like the manager but maybe next time step in AS you see the stuggle and not after. We did appreciate them being made again so thank you very much for that. We trust you guys will work it out and become better over the next few weeks leading...
