The old woman at the counter was very rude to me and my family. After when I went to collect my drinks. I asked VERY nicely about the milk tea plushie that was being advertised and was a given a VERY inappropriate attitude! This made the overall experience very uncomfortable and awkward. I wish for this woman to be TERMINATED or MAKE HER GO THROUGH MORE TRAINING ABOUT TREATING CUSTOMERS CORRECTLY. I have never seen such ATTITUDE in my years of reviewing establishments. I paid over $30 worth of Bubble Tea and was treated this way? This is not the SHARETEA I know. The OLD woman was VERY harsh towards other customers, and should be terminated or fired or sent to a different establishment to reflect on her traits and change those values and hope that she may be able to represent the traits of a good...

I ordered three drinks, all of which were disappointing. Despite selecting full sugar for some, they lacked flavor, as if the tea, milk, and sugar were heavily diluted. The boba pearls were overly soft and sparse, especially for a large size, which added to the overall dissatisfaction.

This shop needs to revisit its management practices or implement better staff training to ensure consistency and quality. From the mixed reviews here, it seems like the experience is too unpredictable for customers to rely on.

At the current pricing, this shop does not offer good value compared to nearby cafes or even homemade options that are much more flavorful. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously to prevent further loss...

This Sharetea is probably one of the best branches out there! The people there are really accomodating towards my requests and are always friendly, and the drinks are always so good with a wide range of both drinks and toppings to choose from! Another thing to note is that their area is always so clean compared to other bubble tea places I've been to where the area that they make their drinks are always a mess. You can definitely see the good organisation and time management skills of the staff. The service sometimes can be a bit slow, but that's understandable during a busy period :). Overall...
