Ordered a meal deal for 2 which included their tender bits and wings plus chips slaw and sauce and drink.

Firstly, it said updated arrival at 12:35pm but it only came at 1:28pm. When I was informed that my order was ready and they asked for my mobile (which they probably already had if they were calling me), I was trying to give my mobile but there was no indication of getting it right. It eventually was one number short and if the delivery driver had to call me, there probably wasn’t a way to contact me.

Secondly, the order wasn’t checked for all the times appropriately. I ordered an original tender bites and a whooping twist wings. The original tender bites was meant for my 3-year-old as there wasn’t any spice or sauce but instead, they gave me all my chicken in the whooping twist sauce which had chilli as a garnish on it as well.

Lastly, I was meant to get two sauces but only received one. And on the POS sheet attached, they didn’t tick off one of the sauces.

This is just the logistical side of it. As for the flavour, I didn’t enjoy as much as I would have with other Korean fried chicken unfortunately due to the lack of seasoning in the chicken itself (not considering the batter...

I made an order online for pickup. Had to wait 10 minutes after the pre decided pickup time which was made well in advance. Most of the staff not wearing face masks. A lady was waiting to be served at the counter the whole time i was there, so practically 0 customer service available. Would never order food from this place again. I would have listened to my friend. He stopped me but I wanted to give them a chance. Wasted $28. I am sure now, they have all fake reviews from friends and family. Food arrived cold. Chicken was so dry and not properly cooked. Chips were so dry and taste like cooked 2- 3 hours before delivery. Delivery received after 1hr.20mins. Even after taking 1hr.20 mins they can't delivery proper food. The owner of this restaurant must take it seriously.. totally...
