This place looked promising from the reviews however, it wasn't all that great.

On a positive note, the onion rings were crunchy and well cooked. The fries were also pretty decent albeit a bit greasy.

One that caught me by surprise was the quality of the Kit Kat milkshake that we ordered. It was much lower quality than something from Macca's and cost twice as much ($12.95). Opting to dine in, I was expecting a milkshake glass or something more presentable however, the milkshake was served in a plastic cup and tasted like plain milk with specs of kit kat.

The chicken tenders were overcooked and extremely tough and dry. We ordered two different flavours of tenders, both of which were pretty bad. However the lowlight was the spicy wings (red ones) that was doused in sriracha alone. I do enjoy spicy food however, the spices should accompany the food not straight up overpower everything else. This was way too much chilli sauce and I ended up leaving about 90% of it untouched.

The other tenders with kewpie mayo were at a similar standard. However, the chicken was inedible. It was dry, hard and tasteless. The only flavour was that of black pepper as there was too much black pepper used.

I'd give this one a miss, there are plenty of places in Glen that would be better quality and...

I went in with my friend to get food, after he ordered and paid for a single burger and said "thats all for me" we stood there awkwardly until the girl taking his order said "you can go take a seat" which we didn't as I still had not ordered. She then walked away and we waiting another 10 minutes before she came back then calling out to a girl behind us who had just walked in and took her order, at this point I had to call out to her to ask if she was also able to take my order since not only had she ignored us before she also served someone else before me after having us wait ages. The food took ages to be made and just overall such ignorant behaviour that I had never experienced from any restaurant or fast food place ever, its common sense to ask if a second person plans to eat when the first person ordered one meal even more so when they wait at the...

Sorry but had multiple avoidable issues today. Arrived and order was not sent to cook, waited for 15 mins. Staff apologise for mix up. Get home (live 15 mins away) and order had 1 wrong item. Call and explained issue. Staff again apologise and advise will replace. Drive 15 mins back, show the wrong burger. Staff confirm correct burger (less pickles and siracha), get home and the pickles are in there. Call back to advise error and cook advised no pickles,sorry cook but the 5-6 pickles that I removed would beg to differ. I normally don't leave low star feedback but too many avoidable issues that I had spent about 45 mins time all up get mostly fixed. Disappointed that staff did not offer any items for free for my time and effort. Really want to rate 1 star but...
