La Forgetta!!! Had a booking for 6pm and we taken up stairs to be seated, ordered our drinks and 9 meals (4 adults & 5 kids). No food appeared until 7:10pm and it wasn’t until 7:40 that the last of our meals hit the table. All but one of the meals was cold. One meal was not what we ordered. The ceiling fans were on so hard that I couldn’t put pepper on my meal (which they messed up) as the fans literally blew it away before it could hit the plate. Empty tables around us remained uncleared for the 2 hours + we were there. We asked for the kids ice creams to be brought out and were told by the waiter they’d come up straight away. After 15mins we politely asked where the ice creams were and the waitress was very short with us and quite snappy. She said that’s they usually have people go down and choose their ice cream and don’t take ice cream orders from the table. She said we need to be more patient and that they (the wait staff) were doing their best. We mentioned that we had arrived for dinner at 6pm and it was now 8pm and that really wasn’t acceptable. Again the waiter said we should be more patient. Other patrons who arrived after us got up and left because they didn’t get their meals within an acceptable time frame. All the staff seemed frazzled and confused despite the restaurant being only half filled. Definitely was our last meal there! Ordered last night we spent over $200, pizza was good, but seriously I ordered the veal parmigiana with chips with gravy and a side serve of salad, first the fries still half frozen and soggy with no crisp at all, the Parma dry overcooked and chewy, the gravy a half attempt at thickening beef stack with flour lumps included, all this for $31.90 mmm yum, but let’s not forget the salad which was an extra $8.90, included 2 wedges of tomato, 2 slithers of cucumber, 3 olives, no onion, lettuce dripping with too much dressing and wait oh yeh some kind of bug attached to the core bit of my lettuce which was only spotted when almost in my mouth pics to follow, then to top it off they forget my wife’s pasta and when we called them were advised we had to go pick it up otherwise would be up to an hour which is totally unacceptable as this was the first time in ages we had family over at my house and decided to treat everyone with Italian cuisine, thanks lamporchetta for ruining mine and my wife’s dinner, as this will be the last time we order from here I could care less what you think of my review, also if you’re of average intelligence don’t order the meatballs for $25 or the spaghetti bolognese for $25 it’s such a rip off, think pack spaghetti less than $2, 250g good quality beef mince $3, pasta sauce and Parmesan...

Honestly one of the worst things I've ever ordered. I had ordered a chicken carbonara, a lasagna and a serving of wedges with extra sour cream and sweet chilli sauce. The sour cream was either not at all your cream or was very VERY off... It was basically a paste, almost water and didn't even smell like sour cream, more like a yoghurt. The wedges were half cooked as if the order was rushed, I had ordered through menulog and was told 8:15pm for delivery, my food came at 7:45 after ordering at 7:23, clearly my food was rushed. The carbonara tasted off, the cream in it tasted like it had curdled or something was very wrong with it. The lasagna had raw pasta sheets, like actual crunch! Not a soft bite at all! The best part about the entire meat was the sweet chilli sauce which was probably straight from a bottle...

I definitely won't be ordering from here again. If I could give 0...
