Been going to Lakeside for years as it is close to work and was always excellent, but first time with the new owners. Arrived and ordered lunch at 11:50am and food arrived at 12:35. 45 mins for steak sandwiches and a parma is too long. Went to pay and had to wait for 7-8 mins before someone came who could take the money. Had no record of what we had eaten or drunk so essentially made it up with a few scraps of paper they had!
