Lifestyle Healthy Choice — Restaurant in Melbourne

Thought i’d try this place as they have variety, which is what I love. I went in there at 2:30pm and asked for the eggs Benedict. The lady just looked at me and rudely said “Kitchens closed” even though there is no sign saying that they close at a certain time. I then said i’ll get the chicken schnitzel in a sandwich because for some silly reason they couldn’t do the burger. Then I asked “what sort of mayo do you use?” Obviously anyone in the food industry knows there is a difference between traditional and whole egg mayo. I wanted egg mayo but she said “don’t know what it is, it’s just mayo. it’s all the same ya know”

I said “can you please find out as I don’t like traditional mayo” She then goes out the back and comes back and said “it’s just the masterfoods one” I said “but did it say traditional or whole egg” and she said “dunno”. I then said “well if you don’t know then I don’t want a sandwich” Then she said “k”

Quite frankly this woman was very rude to me made it quite obvious that work was the last place she wanted to be. She didn’t even greet us with a smile, just said “what do ya want” as if we were annoying her.

I think whoever owns this place (hopefully not the lady with the pink hair) reconsiders having this woman working at this cafe.

This lady seemed very annoyed at me at first glance even though i’d Never seen her in my life.

I won’t be coming back here as I believe in true customer service. I wish Gordon Ramsey would come sort...

Went up and asked about the kind of coffee that they used. I got a screwed up face from the Barista and a response of "I dunno". So I went to the Cafe beside it. While I was asking the same question to the other Cafe. I saw the staff at lifestyle making faces and pointing at me. Wow so disrespectful. Utterly...
