WOKE ALERT!!! Boycott if you are straight, white, or male (female if you actually respect men and boys as human beings). If you don't feel like being affronted with far left authoritarian messaging, avoid this place. The owner is anti male, as she had to correct herself when first saying "gingerbread-man", then embarrassingly correcting it to "gingerbread-person" in front of the man ordering it, she clearly dislikes men so much to disrespect them to their face. Her disdain for men is also very obvious when observing her differing attitude to male customers and staff vs female. She was also touting anti Australian pro segregationist racist propaganda with a big "YES" across her clothes. Do not support this woke business who charges and arm and a leg for a basic sandwich, whilst hating on straight white men. It leaves a very bad taste in the mouth afterwards (and i'm not just referring to the meager portioned overpriced food and burnt coffee). People go to cafe's to eat in an open and diverse atmosphere, not be bashed with politically motivated...
Read moreThe food was absolutely amazing. Brought the young family here on the weekend to try out, as a friend of ours told us it was a very happening place. Weâre glad we took the recommendation and were extremely impressed with the whole set up. Despite it being a super rainy day that we visited, it didnât dampen our experience there and it was absolutely nice, warm and cozy inside. Great place for those who love their coffee. Love the fact that the place is super sustainable and encourages sustainability. A nice hidden gem on a busy road. Lots of open space and super bright area. Staff were absolutely friendly and the food was extremely healthy and nutritious. Definitely will be coming back with the family on the weekend. During the week day, the parking is usually hard to find but on the weekends, it definitely a lot better. Great place to catch up with friends or if you have a one to one for a business meeting. Highly...
Read moreCoffee bean roasting house with a Cafe, all with sustainability as their driving force. Coffee was excellent! Wonderful bitterness with nuttiness. Best coffee I've had in ages. Had the tofu scramble; it was one of the best I've had (and I've had many). It was quite smooth in texture, not chunky. Many tofu scrambles lack oomph; this one did not. It was spicy, possibly with hot paprika, which gave it a red-orange colour. Big handful of rocket to add to the pepperiness. The sourdough was beautiful - very crusty outer, with soft inner. Many items for sale in the Cafe that support a sustainable food system, supporting the company's ethos. The Cafe is at the front of a factory that roasts and packs coffee beans. The only separation is space and wire mesh barriers, so you can watch them working and it can be loud with the noise of industry. This adds to the ambiance, but won't be for everyone. I loved...
