If I could give below 1 star I would!!! Where do I start!!! 😡😡Customer service was atrocious!! Went to pick up my pizza order that I ordered over the phone on the way home from work only to get to the store and get a cold, rude reception by the lady at front(owners wife)who was yelling in the store. Upon wanting to pay she states very rudely ‘CASH ONLY’! Firstly I am a new customer WHY WAS THIS NOT MENTIONED OVER THE PHONE!!! She did not say nicely that there are ATM’s outside so you may withdraw cash. In times like these having cashless payment is so important. When I asked her is your eftpos machine broken she replied ‘ we have never had eftpos’ in a very flippant manner( like I should know this already.😡im a first time customer) I withdrew money took my order ...there was no thank you or have a good night!! They have a lot to learn about customer service!! Anyways I left thinking it ok the pizza will be good. Was I in for a surprise😡

Secondly I have never tasted pizza this bad. The quality of the ingredients was terrible!! I have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years And Dominos would be considered even better quality pizza and that’s saying something! Some of the pizza I ordered were garlic and cheese - no garlic taste eating only plastic cheese, Fetta chicken - supposed to be a gourmet pizza the cheese tasted so old as was the dough that tasted dry and old, Delux vegetarian - nothing deluxe about it ingredients not fresh. All pizzas had old dough you can tell its from the day before and all ingredients were not fresh!! I also ordered buffalo wings which tasted like soaked cardboard that had been microwaved and they had bbq sauce on them instead of hot sauce. Thirdly their pizza’s are all over priced especially for such terrible poor quality!! I will never go back and I will tell everyone about your poor service and disgusting pizza. Do not buy...

Let's start from the beginning walking past this shop on my trip to Coles got me excited to try it for the first time that weekend but after actually trying it I am very disappointed. First off calling to order the pizza was very bad as I didn't even get told a total cost of my order and wasn't even asked if my order was pick up or delivery. Then when it came to actually getting my food I got to the store and came to pay and got told there was no eftpos which was not mentioned over the phone. The owners wife also wasn't helpful enough to mention where an ATM was she just stood there waiting after she told me there was no eftpos. After getting cash out to pay for the food the lack of an eftpos issue was asked about to which I was told they had never had one, this is a lack of convenience for customers also at this time when it has been suggested to use card payments due to covid there wasn't an eftpos machine. Now to the food, the buffalo wings were not spicy at all and just tasted of sugar, they also tasted old. They got thrown in the bin as they were disgusting. The garlic pizza tasted nothing of what it's name suggests, tasted like fake cheese on old dough. The dough on two other of my pizzas also tasted old and was under cooked. The ingredients overall tasted cheap even on the gourmet pizza that was ordered such as the feta cheese and the chicken on the fetta chicken pizza. I am overall very disappointed with this store and this is the first and last time I will go there. Both the customer service and product are terrible. Do not recommend this...

Tbh I don’t even know where to begin with , first of all the owner or manager is a rude and arrogant person , 2nd idk how the shop is still running? They are so full of themselves and the pizzas ain’t even all that , 3rd please go learn some manners and learn how to talk to customers and treat your customers right because if you keep doing this you won’t have any business 😐 , all bunch of rude and arrogant people full of themselves 👎🏼, and funny thing is they are claiming that they are the “ best pizza shop in whole southeast “ 🤡🤡, wrong , you can find way better pizza shops in Dandenong or Hallam .
