I ordered from Ambula as it came highly recommended and the prices were very reasonable. However, from the moment I called to place the order I was disappointed at every step. When I called the mobile number that was provided in their Facebook page the guy said to text him the details. I texted the order and asked him to confirm and tell me the total price. He confirmed but didn't tell me the price. So I found a landline number on Google and had to call this number again to get the price (inconvenient that I had to do this, but I would have tolerated this under normal circumstances). When my husband went to pick up the order on the day they had not prepared our meals! The worst part is the guy had not been even remotely apologetic for not having our order ready (I had sent him a screenshot of the order placed and confirmed as well). They had however prepared the meals in about 20 minutes or so. After my husband came home and we checked on the food we realised that they had put chicken onto the vegetarian fried rice we ordered!! This was just unacceptable. The ironic part was that the food wasn't even that tasty eventhough it smelled good! I called the restaurant to order two Nasi Goreng at 18:11 and the lady told me on the phone :" it would take half an hour " Then I told her that's a bit longer than I expected. " She asked me that how long would I want to pick-up? I told her that I would be there in 10 to 15 mins.She said:" OK, I will get it ready for you in 10 to 15 mins." I arrived at the restaurant at 18:22 and paid for the meal, the same lady told me:" Give me 5 mins, it will be ready then." So I waited another 25 mins before I could pick-up my order. We visited to Dansal offer (Free Food) on last Sunday organised by this shop . It was well organised and food was really tasty. I visited with my two kids but they were bit reluctant to stay in the queue After waiting 45 minutes, finally we got our meals and rushed to home.
